I absolutely love everyone at Dogtopia! The staff is all quality people and they really love the furry community!! My dog Bradley Cooper (yes that’s his name) loves going there for playtime, boarding and even haircuts! I give them 5 🐾 Paws or as many paws that I could give!!!

My dog was injured to the point of needing surgery and Dogtopia took zero responsibility.
My pups always have so much fun and come home thoroughly worn out and happy!!! The staff is awesome and you can tell how much they care about the pups.
The video monitoring was very lackluster and disappointing.
The quality was poor and there were several times when the camera was either not accessible via the website, or it was buffering.
Of the several employees who rotated through our dog's large room, half of them seems quite uninterested in their job, the animals and their responsibilities. They would leave dog messes for long amounts of time, other animals would walk through the mess or add to the mess itself.
When dropping off and picking up my dog, there was little to no interaction or discussion on the animal care itself.
There were no periodic reports on the well-being or activity of my dog throughout the stay.
I unfortunately didn't realize this would be a glorified dog kennel. I assumed a higher quality.

I love the webcam option. I also like that I don’t have to pay extra for play time. My pup gets to run around and play all day as she pleases and she loves it. You guys take such great care of the dogs and it’s greatly appreciated.
Very caring facility!
We know that our dog will come home from Dogtopia and need a bath - that’s understandable. But lately when we have picked him up, he has smelled much worse that usual. He smells like dog urine very bad!! And even when you walk into the Park Lane location it smells really strong of ammonia. That cannot be good for the dogs or the employees! Again, we understand a slight smell and need for a bath. But this has been exceptionally worse!! It seems as though they are not cleaning up the dog pee regularly.
Hope this is addressed soon or we will be forced to cancel our membership and go elsewhere.
Friendly, well organized, well designed
Very friendly and helpful. Loved that they cared for my dog and tried to make it easier for him for staying overnight for few days. Loved that I was able to see my dog whenever I wanted through camera. Thank you!
Everyone is very professional and friendly. They all dem educated about how to care for the dogs and are reliable caretakers.
I love the staff!! Also I love the webcams! It's so nice to see how much fun Boomer is having!

staff is very caring and attentive to my dog. Facilities are clean, well maintained and odor free. What i don't like is that the video feed to see my dog seems to be unavailable more than it is available.

We walked in for our meet and greet we stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes and no one was there. The lady was nice , but flustered and understaffed. The “small” dog area had dogs that were clearly 30 pounds . Ours are about half the size.. when dropping off the dogs - everything was great- which gave me some confidence that our dogs would be okay . At the end we got a bill that was over charged by about $80. I’m still waiting for the charge back in my account. Over all half and half
I was disappointed again on our last daycare visit 7/12. There is a disconnect /miscommunication between the intake and subsequent care given to the pet. My dog was not fed again, this is the second time. I was specific and gave all info at drop off. When I picked my dog up, not only had she not been fed the food that was packed but the person who gave her to me said "I have no idea why she wasn't fed" Is anyone communicating? No info about her day, knew nothing about what took place. This may be the last time we go. It's not acceptable when we pay you to "take care" of our pet and pay a premium price for it.

The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean, and there are there are cameras!

people were very knowledgeable as well a friendly. addressed questions readily. gave me a tour and I felt that everything was very clean and orderly. love the web cam. they offer so many services which I truly like and plan to take advantage of in the future. and lastly, they were very positive concerning my dog, since he is young and has a lot of energy.
