Absolutely best place ever! Our puppy LOVES attending daily. ❤️ I love watching on the cameras as he runs around and enjoys his day. I love knowing he is well cared for.
I will never bring my dogs back to this facility. The billing for the overnight stay option is not very clear because they charge you for the hours your dogs stay during the day in addition to the hours your dogs stay during the night, so you are charged for a daycare fee and a night fee which means you can be double charged for daycare depending on the time you pick up your dog. The manager at this facility, Brandon did not make this clear, overcharged me & blamed it on “miscommunication”. I would not bring my dogs here ever again. I have done dog hotels at all locations & they just charge you 1 price like a regular human hotel would. This facility does it differently & does not communicate clearly, so they can overcharge you. 0/10 would recommend.

The team is friendly, knows all the part owners by name and their dogs, and is very clean. I love getting report cards and having special events. This Team goes above and beyond just services, but the overall experience. Well Done Tema🐾💓

Everything has been removed from the lobby area, causing it to look boring and unprofessional. There used to be a board outlining all the special activities each month. I enjoyed that, especially the picture days, and would often plan my choice of daycare days around those activities. The lobby used to be full of cute pictures of the dogs, all have been removed and it is much less welcoming. This has all been a very unwelcome change.
We have really liked Dogtopia for our dog but since days don’t roll over we might have to go back to just droppings when available. As right now we pay for 2 days but if he gets sick or other unforeseen circumstances happen we miss out on those days

I like that you really seem to like the dogs. I feel the environment with all the pictures really showed that but now it feels corporate.

We are ALWAYS so thankful for the awesome individuals at Dogtopia Raintree Scottsdale! They are always the most friendly and caring toward our pup! I feel extremely confident leaving our dog in their care while we're away because I feel like they care about dogs and pay close attention to each and every one! When I go in (which isn't anywhere near as frequently as I would love to!), I am treated like I'm in all the time! And I see them treating everyone who walks through the door in the exact same way! That speaks volumes!! To top it all off, my pup (who isn't excited to do ANYTHING!) cannot wait to go to Dogtopia! She literally doesn't do anything at ALL when she's there! haha! The teammates are so sweet to her and she just so happily finds a corner and feels safe! She gets lots of pets and love when she wants it and is always the MOST excited to be there!!! We are so grateful to have Dogtopia in our community!!!
