I love the occasional photos sent, the live cameras, and the themed days! Everyone here is so so kind and you can tell they love their jobs. I have no worries at all dropping my buddy off for the day or the weekend if needed.

Staff is friendly and takes special precautions for the pets. Keeps me informed of issues that my pet might have. Must important “My Shadow” is very excited to spend time at the center.
Your pricing structure is ridiculous. I should not have to commit to days. I go less because it makes me mad that I waste money by not having to go every prefixed day.

Availability, staff, web cams
Haven’t yet had my pet in daycare but, associates explained the entire process in detail.
You take great care of our dog and offer exceptional customer service.
Change in the rollover days. I pay for two days a week on Sunday $70 if an emergency happens or if I’m sick and I stay home I still have to bring my dog in or I lose the money I paid on Sunday. I don’t think this is fair as things come up and at times I don’t know until the day of. I used to be able to roll over days And now I was told we can’t do that. Thinking of taking my dog out altogether and letting people know about this change as it’s not fair once we pay for service, we should get it or at least get it refunded if we aren’t able to bring our dog in. I’ve never been so stressed out with having to wonder if I’m gonna be able to bring my dog in or lose my money. My schedule fluctuates I liked when we paid for the whole month in advance and could use any days throughout that month. Wish you guys would go back to that.
Outdoor atea
Our dog always comes home smelling very smelly. And the app is pretty gimmicky - it crashes a lot, and the web cams rarely work. But, our dog comes home happy!
We came here from Norway in March 2023. My dachshund always was outdoors and needed to be amongst other dogs, no matter what size, I found the Dogtopia Galleria by searching the web and thought why not. I have not
Looked back since. We even have a little dachshund now and he is going from 12 weeks.
My boys love it. The staff are amazing and they really love the dogs that are in their care.
I can travel with peace of mind knowing that my 2 doggies are looked after and taking care off.

Friendly staff. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable.
It would be helpful to have someone up front when you arrive. A number of times you have to wait several minutes and you don't know if anyone knows you are there. I have had to call the main line and so has my husband. Likely more staff are needed to help get dogs in and out. Waiting in line and waiting in the lobby at peak times is something that could be improved.
The care at Dogtopia is exceptional, my dog loves it there.
I LOVE that Max is so so happy when we arrive to Dogtopia. He literally is jumping out of the car before I turn it off. I love the personnel. So professional and accomodating!! My Max stayed there for 8 nights and I did not worry about him one time. Dogtopia would send me pics while I was on vacation to see what a great time he is having. I highly recommend Dogtopia Parkside to everyone. Good job!!!
The staff is friendly, professional and organized and it’s obvious they are true dog people. We feel like they treat our pup as their own and she’s in great hands. Also, being able to check in on our dog during the day and watching how much fun she’s having, really makes us feel good about our decision to choose Dogtopia.
I like that there’s always room available. Sometimes my schedule gets a little hectic. If I need to board my puppy at the last minute, there’s always space for her.
Really appreciate the care and attention provided ... and the peace of mind knowing my dog is being treated well.

Having either option of a half day or full day of day care is great! The ability to board my dog is nice. My dog boarded for 12 nights and was bathed before coming home.

Easy to schedule, change schedules, and request special services (nail trip, hygiene cuts, etc.). Staff are friendly and professional.
