All good so far, my dog likes to come, always a great sign
At peak drop off and pick up times, have more staff available to retrieve pets so there’s less waiting for pet parents.
It would be nice if the dogs had a bit more room to roam.

Bella loves going to play with all the other dogs. She sees her food bowl filled with food in the plastic bag and goes nuts! She comes home tired, which we like!

The variety of programs you offer for the dogs the fact that you do grooming while the dogs are there and I can watch what’s going on on a WebCam, which is a big deal to me
Staff welcomes my pup every morning and she’s so excited to them! I always know she’s well cared for and can check on her anytime with the webcam. The option to board her in a familiar place has made it much easier for us to travel, too.
Everyone is very personable and genuine when talking to me or interacting with my dog. I feel like each person is committed to taking care of my dog and ensuring her comfort and fun.

The staff is very friendly and energetic with Leonidas when I bring him to the facility. Additionally, the areas where the pets go seem clean and well maintained.
My dog, Buddy Q, loves coming to play with his friends at Dogtopia Sandy Springs. I know he loves the trainers who work there as well as his four-footed friends. It's very reassuring to know that he is well taken care of during the day when I'm working and when I travel.
I like the friendly staff, the area for the extra tiny dogs on some days, pictures of the dogs and especially being able to see my dog on video camera on the app. I also like scheduling on the app and being able to text anytime.

I was a bit upset that they did not have cameras on sundays. But I called to check on my pup a couple of times and they were so happy to give me updates. When I picked him up he seemed happy and a bit tired from all the play. I would have loved to have heard whether he ate lunch or not and how much but I’m not sure the front desk guy would have had the answer.

My dog loves everyone.
Everyone is so nice and friendly. we go to Dogtopia of Wilmington twice a week. My dog - Luke always jump high and low when I ask him " Do you want to go to Dogtopia now?" Luke is so happy to see everybody in the Dogtopic bacause he knows he will have a wonderful time there. Everyone is professional I will give them 10 stars.
I hope they will put back the dog pictures on the wall. The front room looked so great with the decorations. But they just clear everything down last week. Before, I always felt I was talking my Luck to Dogtopia school and see his teachers and friends. But now, the front room just looks like a boring post office with empty walls. We really like the theme before.... Hope they will change it back. :-)

Staff is great, facility is clean
Should not charge for daycare when dropping off for boarding early. Boarding is already being charged for that day.
We like the facility and appreciate how it’s clean and organized. I like that the staff coordinates activities for them. It makes me feel like my Lab is in a dog school environment. We felt very comfortable leaving her while we traveled. The extra bonus is the webcam which allowed us to check up on her.
I love the webcam and the extra activities for the puppies.
