Would love that they give more outdoor time to the doggies, improve the cameras system as they fail a lot. The new app is way better than the previous one! The staff is very friendly and polite. They have been very patient with my doggie.

I really appreciate the quick responses whenever I have questions about my dog or when you share updates about how he’s doing — it truly brightens my day while I’m at work. I’ve seen his confidence slowly blossom as he adjusts to his new home, and everyone has been so kind and supportive throughout this transition. Thank you for taking such good care of him!
Dogtopia worked with me to improve my dog's experience while with them. This was for everyone's benefit and I'm thankful dogtopia provided recommendations and patience in helping set my dog up for success while he is boarded there. I also appreciate their techniques for how they manage my dog's behavior while in the room with other dogs.

The extended week day hours are great peace of mind for my unpredictable medical provider work schedule. And I love that my dog is safe and busy while I’m at work. In addition everyone is so friendly! I know my dog is in good hands.
My pups love their Friday play dates at Dogtopia Waco. The staff is very friendly and treat all the dogs with love and patience.

I cannot thank Dogtopia of North Austin enough for always being there for my dog and myself.
