How they good they are with my dog
Everything! I have tried a few other Dogtopia locations, and my dog absolutely loves going to the Fairfield location. The associates are friendly, personable and really do care about each and every dog that come through their doors -- almost as if they are their own. Location is great for popping right in and out and is on a never always heavy with traffic complex area. All in all, great location, people and will always work in any way possible to come to this location.
Safe environment for Birdie to stay and play!
My dog loves Dogtopja. They provide lots of attention, interaction with other dogs a d exercise.
Our dog loves to stay here. He is treated well and this is a very clean facility. The dogs all get to play together and the kennels are in the room so if your pup needs a time out they can take one. Definitely recommend.
I wasn't
able to see the live camera set up in the playroom.I was not able to watch my dog to see if she was comfortable in that environment or not. The staff reached out to the I.T dapartment, but my dog was only there for 1 day, so it had not been resolved at that time.
My dogs are well cared for and come back happy and tired!! Thank you for taking such great care of them.

Review for Dogtopia – Alamo Ranch
I had a very disappointing experience with this location and would not recommend it to others.
First, during our initial 30-minute evaluation visit, there was an overwhelming smell of what was clearly a gas leak. Several other pet owners—who appeared to be regulars—actually turned around and took their dogs home because of how uneasy they felt. I brought this up to the staff, but they didn’t seem concerned. I was told they had “let the manager know,” but hadn’t heard back. No one took further action. In a situation involving a possible gas leak, anyone can—and should—call 911. Waiting for a manager isn’t an excuse when safety is involved.
Aside from that, the evaluation itself went fine. I boarded my dog from July 2–5, and during that time I frequently checked the webcams provided for pet owners. Unfortunately, they were down more often than I was told to expect. I understand they’re off during lunch and after hours, but the cameras were often unavailable outside of those times as well, making it difficult to check in on my dog.
The biggest issue came on the pickup day. I had been told the facility closed at 7:00 p.m., and the staff knew I’d be picking up on a Sunday. It wasn’t until I plugged the address into my GPS that I saw they closed earlier on Sundays. Had I not caught this, I would’ve missed pickup and been charged for an extra night—because of incorrect information they gave me. I called and had to advocate persistently for someone to stay a little later so I could get my dog the same day. Thankfully, someone did stay an extra 30 minutes, but it took far more effort than it should have.
Overall, the experience was riddled with poor communication, unreliable technology, and a general lack of professionalism from the staff. I will not be bringing my dog back here and do not feel confident recommending this location to other pet owners.

Also strange that dogs are indoors all the time. But the climate control is beneficial.

We are so thrilled with all of the services you provide! Romeo has stayed overnight a couple of times and has done well. He has had baths or as we call it a spa treatment!! He enjoys playing with his friends. Thank you for making us feel comfortable with his time with you during the day and overnight!

What a ourltside yard for the dogs to get some sun
The team at Dogtopia of Wilmington, including all staff and coaches, is truly amazing. They're incredibly friendly to both dogs and their owners and show remarkable creativity, especially with the charming decorations and photos of the dogs in the reception area. It created a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere, so it's sad that they needed to take the decorations away.
The staff at DogTopia Parker are wonderful!
They are friendly, excited to greet your dog, and excel with communication.
The building is very clean and fun for dogs to play inside and outside.
