As a former vet assistant I have been in the pet industry 13 years and have owned various pet business's - including dog boarding and grooming facilities. The odor of the lobby is absolutely unpleasant. I understand it comes with the territory, but to an extent. The odor is excessive, I had to step out when my dogs were being gathered. Your lobby is a representation of the facility, if the lobby sets that standard; it can cause clients to question how is the rest of the facility?
Your computer systems seem to need attention.
Your webcam is not very user-friendly. To many problems.
Provide more people interaction with dogs.
The pups are well cared for and the staff is great with the dogs. All the dogs seem to be happy.
I really appreciate the friendliness of all of the staff. I really feel like they care for my pup! I also appreciate being able to text to communicate with the staff - that is super convenient.

Our dogs love their time at Daycare at Dogtopia and are always so excited to go and come home worn out and we all know a tired dog is a good dog! The team is always welcoming the dogs in by name and it is apparent that they truly care about our dogs and their wellbeing!
My pups always seem to be happy and well taken care of when I pick them up. I am happy about the cleanliness of the facility and the staff is super friendly and helpful!
I do like the webcams to check in on my dog when they are working. I did run to an issue on Wednesday where the webcams were unavailable but I was told that my dog was good but he did get a little bit of a scratch to do rough housing and that's okay. I just want to know who my dog's best friend is.
