Enthusiastic greeters. Friendly to all people and dogs.
I love the enthusiasm of the people that work there. It is exciting to take my "kid" there every time. I like all of the extra's, things like ear cleanings, baths and nail trimming. It is a very convenient way to take care of these items for my dog. My dog is super excited to arrive and leave me behind, that is a great feeling.
Great staff convenient hours
Great Things: I know my dogs are safe with you, and that's really what matters most. The staff are kind and helpful. Drop off and pick up is very easy.
Things that could be better at Nimbus site: There really isn't a lot of room for the dogs to actually exhaust energy at this location. They're doing the best they can with the space they have, but the yard is a teeny, little side yard. There are so many dogs in the rooms that they can't really do anything besides mill around.
Don't like: There has been just a huge increase in communication needs with this location. I drop my two dogs off for one half-day a week. Their daycare needs are such a sliver of my life, yet I seem to constantly be fielding phone calls from this office about lost billing information, needing new uploads into their online portal, then having issues with them accessing things in their own online portal. Bizarre passive-aggressive emails because my dog's flu shot is due in a day. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a weird relationship with someone who wants way more of my attention than I can give. I just want to drop my dogs off so they're safe when I'm in the office on Wednesday mornings. Why do we need to talk multiple times per week? It's uncomfortable. I stay because drop off is next to the freeway and they seem no worse for wear when I pick them (besides being completely strung out and needing to run all their energy out when they get home).

I use daycare and grooming, and we also did a five week puppy preschool program. All of them l have been very happy with and Ollie has had great time at each.
I feel like all the staff are like family to me and my dog Ollie. They love my dog like he is their own and it is always a positive experience during drop offs/pick ups.
I know I will use the boarding in the future and i know Ollie will be well cared for.
Everyone is so nice and has made my move easier by being so accommodating and welcoming. My dog’s confidence has grown more then I could ever imagine and so grateful for that. It’s the best

I can’t say enough great things about Benji Dogtopia in Garden City! From the moment we walked in, I could tell this place was different, clean, well-run, and full of genuinely caring staff. But two employees really stand out: Lupe and Esme.
I love how friendly everyone is and the majority of the staff know my pup’s name and she hasn’t even gone that long! I love how welcoming the staff is at the door and Lily is so happy to go every time. Additionally, I love that they always offer the snack, the ability to text message anything, and the overall friendliness and willingness to help answer all of my questions and any concerns. It is such a delight to be able to also get her nails trimmed and they always have some
sort of deal going on. I truly love this location and appreciate how much they interact with Lily every time she is there!

I truly always appreciate the flexibility dogtopia has! They were able to take my dog last minute a few times and that really helped us out. However I just wish there were more rooms, or that they utilized all of them more often because one of the reasons we stopped going on the regular was because of how crowded the toybox was. When watching on camera my dog was constantly being bothered and bumped as other dogs trying to play didn't have enough room to. Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice though and the Mother's Day paw prints were absolutely adorable!
We were sad to see that our dogs were not fed lunch or dinner during their day care stay from 7am to 6pm. I had given two separate ziplock bags with each dogs food with instructions on when to feed them and how much. When I picked them up, both full bags of food were in the same spot as where we left them that morning.
Slightly pricier than other options in the area but well worth it because the staff knows me and my dogs. Especially Kerri-Ann. She is the best. The staff at Dogtopia goes out of their way to make things easy and accommodating. This is why we choose Dogtopia. Also Chris, groomer is fantastic.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Communication is also very impressive compared to other places I've gone to. So far our experience has been nothing but great and our dog seems to love going.
