Friendly snd welcoming
Several times my dog smelled really foul, not a wet dog smell but really foul. I had to put him immediately in the tub when we got home. I really hope that they sanitize the crates and floor thoroughly everyday with a disinfectant.
No need for reservations to do day care.
Love that the dogs are together all day.
The staff is always warm and friendly. Also, they do a good job with all the dogs, keeping them from getting into fights, etc. My puppy is always thrilled to go there, so I know he is being cared for well.
I asked for and scheduled a nail trim for chewy. When I came to pick her up, I was told her nails hadn’t been cut. No explanation. I brought her that day specifically for a trim.

My dog passed his meet and greet and was required to do 2 drops off days before boarding him for a week. 3 days after my last visit, my dog is terribly sick with kennel cough. I found out after through a Facebook post they had a few cases but never communicated that to me prior to dropping him off.
He’s gotten my cat and a friends dog sick a well. This has ruined my vacation and costed me time and stress. I’ll never go back.

Love love love Erica! She's always so sweet with Mia (my pup) and has created a fun atmosphere for drop off and pick up. I feel really confident Mia will have a great time whenever she's at daycare/boarding. Thank you so much to the entire Myrtle Ave Team for giving me the option to take a small vacay without needing to worry about my pup!!!
I am a nervous pet parent; I most appreciate the way the staff put me at ease with leaving my pet there. The were very good about answering ALL of my questions.
Cameras were hard to see the entire room/ sometimes not operating
The staff is the best! Each time we come in they greet us with smiles and pats and scratches for Reggie! Reggie comes home each time exhausted and I know it’s because he’s had the best time playing with his Dog Friends at Dogtopia.
Nice people. Easy to schedule. I can see on the camera feeds - gives me confidence my dog is safe and happy. Special treats are fun and easy to get for my dog.

The staff are amazing! It is spotless and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure your dog is well taken care of. Louie is always so happy to go there.
The service is outstanding. The personnel work at the establishment are very professional and nice. My dog Luna enjoy going there and playing with the other dogs.

I was told a different price for overnight boarding than what I was charged, I was quoted $45 for a suite and I was charge 130. Still waiting for my refund.
It's easy to book appointments, and staff seem happy to have our dog visit.

The last time I brought our dog in the smell of urine was very strong in the reception area. We don't visit Dogtopia daily or even weekly but I have not experienced an overwhelming smell of urine before.
That same day I asked to use the bathroom and was taken aback by how unclean it was. I understand that your energy and focus is on the dogs. But the level of uncleanliness was worse than some gas station bathrooms I've encountered. I felt nauseous just being in there.
I was extremely happy will my experience at Dogtopia. I called once a day to get updates and felt welcomed and comfortable with my pup’s experience.

The people at the front are so kind and inviting. The team who brings the dogs back truly care for the animals and know so much about them. Jake loves it there and I don’t worry about him.
