Everything!! The staff is amazing!! They are kind to us, the humans, as well as to our puppy. Hylax comes home from Dogtopia tired and happy. In fact, when we dropped her off last week she was whining to get out of the car and into the building. She loves the time she spends there. Thank you so much for giving her such a wonderful experience and helping her to be the best dog she can be.

From the front to the back ppl are very friendly and willing to answer any questions u have.
Bodie loves to follow ppl all the time. Last time I was in noticed they have all services available from nail,teeth baths and full groom at very reasonable prices.

I have yet to return after I called for general information while my dog was in their care. I was met with an individual who was not wishing to provide any assistance, especially while my whole world is under your care is unacceptable. I pay for a service and when an issue arises and I call in asking if this is a temporary issue, the answer should never be “you can always go somewhere else” because that is exactly what I did.
People are friendly and seem to love the dogs...

Everything. You all are absolute lifesavers for us. My husband and I relocated to Phoenix temporarily for a medical procedure for him and we thought we’d have to wait. But things moved quickly and we needed a place for our pup that we knew was safe and would provide her with a fun environment. Dogtopia was well rated and my friend was here to help us and works for a dog daycare in Las Vegas. She brought Maggie for her meet and greet and was impressed and said this was the place and loved the caretakers.
I took Maggie in myself and knew right away we’d chosen correctly. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location is amazing and super close. The price is very reasonable for weekly care. Everyone has been so flexible considering what we’re going through. I also love that there’s a camera so I can see her during the day for a quick virtual visit. It’s also getting her the socialization she needs so much. The treat and food menu is solid as well. Thank you all for your amazing work.

Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling a visit. Their online portal for appointments is excellent, as is their online access to cameras so you can check in on your best friend.

I love the webcams, phone calls if there’s an issue, the ability for your dog to take their things from home, and the condition of my 15 year old beagle when I picked her up.

Our sweet pup came home absolutely soaked in urine, with a bruise on his elbow, and cut on his back right foot :(
Cut and bruises aside, he has never had an accident before so this was deeply concerning that he was clearly unmonitored and stressed for so long. It took a thorough afternoon of “bath time” to get the smell of urine out of his coat.
Our dog seemed to like dogtopia before this incident (he’s only been twice before though). We don’t want one bad day to ruin something that could potentially be good, but this was just unacceptable.
