Recently, your location in general has not been great keeping my up with front desk stuff like daycare requests, emails, etc. The person I spoke to at the front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there when I dropped my dog off. Normally I get asked a whole bunch of questions when I’m boarding, which I really like because then I get to have less anxiety about other people caring for my guy. That person looked like they were sleeping with their eyes open. That’s weird.
Also, I will always understand if my dog has scratches or something from other dogs. It happens. But y’all used to check dogs over and give a heads up about scratches or injuries. I found a whole bunch of scabs from where the harness y’all had on him the first days rubbed his skin raw. I know that’s not intentional, and I can tell what it’s from, but it’s less worrisome if you guys check the dogs over and let people know because not doing so feels like you’re trying to hide something.
Y’all used to be on the ball and really good about making sure people feel like their dogs are safe with you and it doesn’t feel like that anymore.

Juno is always well taken care of and I feel like the staff all know her. The staff is also in-tuned to the dogs in the room.

We use boarding when go out of town our dog love the experience. The Staff is very friendly and carter to her every need. They very proficient in writing down the special need of our pet. I highly recommend Dogtopoia of Chesterfield and other locations where the standards are pretty much to same at every location.

I love that I can trust the staff with my girl. It feels good knowing she doesn’t have to be alone in her kennel while we work (she’s a 8 month old puppy) and she can interact with other dogs which helps with her social skills. I love being able to check her on the webcam.
It seems much smaller and more personable than the larger kennels. I love the weekend daycare for when I have to work.

It was an easy process to bring her in for her spa day but watching the other dogs come in excited to be there with their furry buddies.
It is the people that work there. They are absolutely wonderful and you know they care about animals and your pet. I know when I take my dog there that he is absolutely comfortable with all of the staff. My dog is large but older and they keep an eye out for him to make sure that if he needs rest, he can go to a quieter spot. I love that I can turn cameras on during the day and take a peek at what he is doing. I also love that they have the different fun things like firefighters come in or special picture days or special treat days. I truly love the Dogtopia Ellisville location and all of the wonderful people that make it a great place.
Front desk attendant was not helpful or kind. I asked questions over the phone and he avoided answering me, was argumentative. When I entered I waited for a long time before anyone came out to greet me.

I love how knowledgeable and friendly everyone is. They always treat my pup as if she is the only one there.
My 14-year-old dog is a new Dogtopia dog and I was nervous to start him at daycare and boarding at his age. I noticed right away that staff were listening to and validating my concerns. They also got to know Doyle right away, learning his behaviors and what they were communicating.
The hours are great and so is the staff.
