Gracie loves to go to Dogtopia! She can’t wait to get in and play with the other dogs! And, she’s exhausted when she comes home and enjoys her nap.

The employees get to know our dog so he is excited about going there
I wasn’t able to view my dog on camera during his last stay of daycare. It was only his 2nd time attending daycare and I am still a little worried about his time there. I called and was told he was around the corner behind the gate. I let them know he was not visible on camera. When I went to pick him up about 30 minutes later I asked the women at the desk why I was unable to view him on camera she said she didn’t know why I couldn’t see him and pointed to the “toy box”. It then had a different gate/room configuration than the one I viewed on camera. I felt like I was being lied to and it gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. I don’t think I will be bringing my dog back to your facility. I was initially happy with Dogtopia, the people seemed very friendly and they seemed to like the dogs but that really left me feeling a little worried for my dog.
Dogtopia has been family to Mickey and us. We know when we need a place for him he is happy and well looked after. He is a part of our family and we know where we can safely leave our little boy! Thought it was easy to setup appointments. Friendly staff. Lowered my rating due to on arrival not having complete reservation information. Cost of Bennett’s stay and grooming significantly increased. Charged additional nail trim when already being charged for the works spa service. Did not realize that it was extra cost for quick nail powder, to stop nail bleed due to tech cutting into Bennett’s nail quick. That was not explained to me until after when I got home and looked at the two receipts. $60 for spa, $15 for nail trim. The staff also didn’t realize pickup date. It was put in my reservation and my husband filled out paperwork on drop off. We were still away when I received a text saying are you picking up Bennett? 15 minutes before the center closed. Saw the message after 7 no follow up was given besides no one available to answer my message.when I texted back the date we were returning and picking up Bennett. Hard to see what webcam was on to check on Bennett. Bennett is usually very happy at Dogtopia. I don’t usually have concerns dropping him off.
Paid $60 for a Deluxe spa treatment. Dog was wet at pick up and had same grass sticks on his paws as when dropped off. Dog also had same eye crust as when dropped off. Disappointing.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dogtopia of Chesterfield! I brought my puppy in for some socialization and immediately knew they were the people I was looking for. She was so loved from the first day! When she got sick during boarding they were so communicative and gave her extra love until I could make it back. Highly recommend!
Everyone is very friendly. Every time I come in they know my dog’s name. Most importantly I have trust they will take care of my dog and if something happens they will accommodate any issues.

I love everything about it! Everyone who works there is so friendly and truly seem to have a passion for dogs. It’s extremely clean and they have fun activities each week.
The managers and staff are so friendly. My boy is taken care of and has a great time. He’s only attended one week but they have been doing some fun activities
My dog Poky does well at Dogtopia Daycare. I only deal with the intake staff and they are very friendly and helpful. I can see on the streaming video camera that Poky is doing well there.
I love the webcam feature, it really keeps my mind at ease while I’m away.
I like it that all the people I’ve come in contact with seen very professional, yet personable. It makes me feel like my dog is safe when I hand her off to them.
I also like it that all my questions are answered in a timely response.

Very personal,always remember my dog when we come, even if he hasn't been there for a few months. I really like the updates we get and photos when he is being boarded, helps us feel better when we are not able to bring him with us.
More staff to assist front desk with drop offs and pick ups.
Piper is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and I love that I can see her on camera.
