I’ve been bring my dog to Dogtopia of port Chester for a while now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The staff is amazing and clearly love what they do and really seem to know their stuff when it comes to dogs. My pup always comes home tired and happy which is a good sign that he had a good time! One of my favorite things is that they have cameras so I can check on him during the day. It’s really reassuring, especially in the beginning. You can just tell the whole place has a good vibe, and the people there genuinely care about the dogs. Highly recommended!

I like that i know my dog will be well taken care of and have fun in a controlled and chaperoned environment. The facilities are always clean and inviting and the employees really do love dogs and caring for them. The different themed events and extra treat and fun days are something to look forward to. I like that at anytime during the day (besides nap time - lol), ai am able to hop online via the app and see what my pup is doing. The ability to join Dogtopia in helping military vets via their foundation is truly the icing on the cake.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Dogtopia! From the moment we walked in, I felt completely welcomed—and more importantly, my dog did too. He settled in right away, which says so much about the environment they’ve created.
Jordan went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and our specific needs were taken into account. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs and their people. I feel confident leaving my pup here, knowing he’s safe, happy, and in great hands. Highly recommend!
The staff is wonderful and very caring. My dog had a very difficult time adapting to being near people outside the family. The coaches made him feel comfortable and safe and after a while, he was able to go to the room with the other dogs!
Although we have a crate set up for our dog, he wouldn't go near it. At Dogtopia, they worked with him to get him comfortable and now he will go into the crate at Dogtopia.

I appreciate the willingness to engage in thoughtful conversation around whatever is needed. This team is very responsive and I trust them to watch after my buddy and let me know when things happen. I have seen them share things with other patrons and share things about Moses with me and let me tell you, this not the norm at pet care facilities across Austin, it is one of the reasons I left Taurus Academy after 3 years.
All that to say, thank you for so thoughtfully taking care of my Moses, for always responding to my calls, emails and texts quickly. For always taking the time to address my questions. For your willingness to love on my very energetic pup.

The staff at Dogtopia are consistently friendly and helpful, making you feel special and genuinely showing their care for your dog. They keep you well-informed about your dog's behavior, both positive and negative, which is very helpful for dog owners trying to manage certain behaviors. Hannah always ensures that she communicates her evaluations and interactions with your dog clearly. Overall, the entire staff is truly exceptional.

I am so excited to have my 2 challenging wiener dog pups, Niko and Tilly, start daycare at Dogtopia! I was thoroughly impressed during our Meet and Greet with the friendless, attentiveness, and knowledge of the staff. Additionally, I was very grateful to have a tour of the full facility as well, even the kitchen, and be allowed to watch the staff "interview" the dogs. I feel confident my dogs will be in good hands at Dogtopia!
