The staff is so caring and I felt so comfortable leaving Jack in their care. They are amazing and Jack had the best time! He slept for days from playing with all his dog friends! I highly recommend them
Every team member has been super kind and they seem very happy to see my dog. My whole family enjoyed the pictures and text messages the dogtopia team sent during my dog's stay. Also the check in and check out process is very easy.
Friendly staff
Friendly staff. they love dogs and it shows. The app is also nice. I do wish drop off was earlier on the weekends due to work. However, overall the doggies love going to daycare!
Everyone at Dogtopia was very helpful, responsive, and most importantly, great with my dog Maisy. I can tell that she really enjoyed it! The petcam is also a nice touch to get a little boost of cuteness during the workday.
I love how communicative, involved and respectful everyone is at Dogtopia. They genuinely care about the health, happiness and safety of my dog and other pets at their facility.

Dog coaches are friendly and attentive to dogs. Facility is kept clean and webcams are great. Scheduling baths and nail trims is easy. The special events are fun for the dogs.

I love that there is always something fun going on whether it be a photo op, arts and crafts, games, etc. I also could not speak more highly of the staff. Every staff member I have ever interacted with has been the absolute nicest, most helpful, and knowledgeable. My dog has had some issues adjusting after moving to a new apartment and the staff has been incredible with letting me know how he does each day and even providing recommendations and reassurance.
The customer service at the front desk is lively & personable & nice. It is great when the front desk is friendly and personable.
They always have so much fun and are well taken care of. I feel very safe knowing they are at Dogtopia of Pewaukee! It’s the only place I will board my dogs!
Increase the ratio of employees to dogs in the “city” area.
Absolutely love the staff!! They are so kind, understanding, and patient. They explained everything clearly and really calmed my (and my dogs) nerves.
We love how friendly all of the staff is and how they treat our dog, Cashew. She is treated as if she is their own and she is always so excited to see all of them! The nap time (2 hours crated) they include in their daycare services is fantastic as our girl can get pretty tired after a full day of playing and having fun. They truly care about the pups in their facility and communicate so well with owners on their dogs behavior, health and safety. Dogtopia is Cashew's and our favorite place! We will always recommend them and their services to our friends and family.
Webcam showed me a different location to where my pup stayed overnight. However, overall service and care was amazing!

I question the relationship between Dogtopia and the Groomer. It seems they both lack communication skills.
Apparently they feel it is okay to ship your dog to another facility without contacting the client.
I severed ties with your groomer - still deciding whether I will be going back to Dogtopia to care for my dog.

The staff are AMAZING! We tried all daycare services in the area and chose Dogtopia Parker because the staff are all friendly, and obviously care for the dogs.
