The dogs are under constant supervision and the staff redirects the dogs if the play is getting a little rough. The staff is friendly, facility is kept clean and the best part is being able to check in on my dog via the webcam.
Daisy always seems very happy whenever see spends the day.
My dog is very happy every time we go and leave. The staff is genuinely friendly and dog loving so I have no worries about her while gone. Even if I did, I could jump onto the Webcam and she's always playing or following the staff around because she likes them.

Biggest issue are the cameras. Toybox seems to work pretty consistently, but Romper (where our dogs go) is hit-or-miss - often miss. Same with the gym. The camera for Outdoor was always on, although the dogs were hardly out there, but most recently is has been consistently off.

My comments are more "nice to haves" and not necessarily "must haves", but I figured I would share my thoughts. It would be great to have better viewing of the webcam of the room that Chase was in. I don't recall the name, but the room is narrow and the angle of the webcam is cut off by a wall. Often times you cannot see all of the room or there is a closet or cabinet that the person in the room has opened and you cannot see when that is open. It would also be nice to zoom in but again, not a must.
Easy to reserve boarding, easy to check the webcams, easy to drop off and pick up.
We have been with Dogtopia in Texas for 10 years. The Denver branch was wonderful, more people in the facility, all genuinely happy, bright people and the attention to detail in scheduling, ordering baths, etc. was very easy.
We told several of our family in Denver THIS Dogtopia was wonderful!

Awesome staff! Everyone is so friendly and they are always so cheerful to see Milly. It’s so hard to leave my pooch behind, but it’s a little easier when I leave her with people that are her friends. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

I DON'T AGREE WITH YOU GUYS CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD EVERY SUNDAY INSTEAD OF EVERY THURSDAY WHICH IS WHEN I DROP MY TWO DOGS OFF.
I ALSO EMAIL THEM WHEN I WAS NOT BRINGING THEM IN FOR TWO WEEKS AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SAID SHE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM. WHY CAN'T THEY JUST CHARGE ME AS I DROP THEM OFF. BEING SAID I WILL BE STOPPING AND GOING TO PETSMART
