When my dog runs enthusiastically into Dogtopia and wants to say hello to everyone working there is a positive sign she has fun and I trust her with the team.

My dog Panda loves going and spending the night at DT. He gets to run around and play with all the people and other dogs. Everyone that works there always takes good care of Panda. They are all friendly and nice to work with.
My dog came back from her overnight boarding very lethargic and dehydrated. I also gave two new bags of food for her to eat during her 3 night stay, and the bags were barely used. I also believe she wasn’t given the right dosage of her medication, due to how she was acting when she came back home. I would definitely recommend for daycare, but not overnight boarding.
Everyone is kind and courteous. They let me know if Sophie has had a great day or if her hips are bothering her. It’s important to me that there is staff that are invested in her welfare. I see that in action all the time.
I appreciate the opportunity to watch my dog on the video camera. The staff is very responsive and friendly.

Great care for my dog. All staff seem so attentive to him and know him personally, even though he is not a daily attender. He comes home tired and happy.

The entire staff are friendly, welcoming, genuinely care for our Annie and take the time to learn the names of our Furry ones.
The staff are all fantastic, and they are very engaging with all the dogs in their care. My little Hibiscus absolutely loves coming to this daycare, and loves all the attention and love she gets from everyone there. I'm sure she doesn't even miss me a bit when there, as she's having too much fun!
Memorial Park’s camera is the best out of the 4. Every other one is always either on a loop or buffering non-stop.
Also boarded my dog for the first time last weekend and left instructions regarding his dental chew, but it was, unfortunately, not given to him.
Would also appreciate being able to check on him during my lunch time — which so happens to be between 12-1pm, when the cameras are off. They’re dogs; every time is nap time.
During summer, if pool pawties could also happen on a Saturdays, it would be great. I understand yall chose weekdays that you most likely see attendance dropping, but still. Maybe two days with pool pawties could be a thing…
Felt safe with staff caring for my pup. He always comes home happy.
I always feel confident that our dog is going to be safe, monitored and cared for. The coaches all greet him enthusiastically, and many have talked about how they love his cuddles. I love that I can check on the cameras throughout the day and see what he is up to; it definitely gives me a sense of comfort. Overall, I have loved our experience with Dogtopia and have no doubt we will continue to bring Frodo there for the foreseeable future.
At first I was nervous about bringing my fur babies to a pet daycare center. I had a neighbor that used Dogtopia and I thought I'd check them out. I have been pleased. I have a furson that is a bit of a nervous Nelly. I thought bringing him to daycare would be good to expose him to other dogs, spend some of the energy he has and to get him used to being around other people. So far so good and I am appreciative.
There are times that the floors are not as clean as I would like, but I understand that it is hard to keep them constantly clean.
They callled immediately if there was any question or issue to solve.
They gave him extra love to my dog because it was thundering and he was scared
They groomed my dog according of what I was expecting and asked for. Some spots were missed but that is different of when the hair is to short and his skin got irritated in other places. He was happy and extroverted when we picked him up.
This is the only place I would trust for my pup. He loves it here
