I love that they are open early and open late helps with not having to change work schedules and I can run errands after work with out rushing

My dog had bloody diarrhea upon leaving for a week. I understand diarrhea is a risk with noarding but when asked if anything happened while he was there they had absolutely no notes of his stay and the manager simply said "Normally when we have no notes it's because everything was fine". I had no Webcam access and had an incredibly sick dog and no record of his stay and all you can tell me is it was probably fine? That's unacceptable.
The staff and how much the care!
From the super easy booking process and user friendly app, to the great reception when we arrive, to the super personalized touches, we love it here. I have peace of mind knowing my fur babies are in a safe environment while having a blast everyday. Being able to sneak peeks at them through the cameras is an added bonus. Been coming here for 4 years and will continue to be my favorite way to ensure my babies get safe, fun, supervised socialization.
Impressive careful care with new dogs. Great monitoring of behavior, and wonderful supervision on play hours.

Well, a little more care could be taken at pickup. We have had our dog come out in the wrong harness and leash, and we frequently have to make trips back after he boards because we haven't been returned all his things. (That said, we know the staff treats our dog well.)
I wish that the pups went outside.
Our dog seems happy to go there, and is happy when we pick him up after a stay.

Cals experience has been awesome so far! From the team getting us in quickly for an evaluation to his first two days of amazing care! He comes home happy and exhausted and that's all we can ask for!
Friendly and engaged dog loving team that makes it easy to bring our beloved pup to doggy day care! Reliable and consistent in their approach makes not pup and is happy. We know our dog is happy and well cared for.
My dog came down with the flu and pneumonia (confirmed with pcr) two days after his first daycare. My last dog also got the same things after boarding at your location. I think there is a cleaning issue.
Literally everyone who works here LOVES dogs. They make me and my dog feel special every time I show up.
I like how friendly everybody is, I like that I can see my pet on camera, I like that I can call and if I can’t see my pet on camera, but they would get my pet on camera if my pet happens to be hiding. It’s cost friendly and seems to be welcoming.
After our meet & greet, we were told we could sign up for the dates we needed for boarding online. We waited a week and a half of daily checking the app, but our information that we completed the meet and greet was not put in. I called and left a message and then got a text back that they were putting it in. I should have taken that as the indicator right there of the way operations are handled, but I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. We did not get a single update our entire boarding though we were assured numerous times that we would. We had no access to the webcams even though we were also assured that was part of it. My husband waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to be able to pick our dog up. We did not receive a report on how our dog did. No report card as we were told we would get; nothing. Then, we were overcharged. We were told we will get a refund but honestly, I don't believe anything that is told to us at this point. Going to wait until Friday and if I don't see the refund, I'll just call the bank and dispute the charge at this point as I doubt calling Dogtopia will make a difference. On top of all of this, our dog came back with a double eye infection. So incredibly disappointed.
If the person at the meet and greet drop off wasn't so kind, the score would have been a zero.
Love the friendly service and that all the coaches LOVE all of the dogs!
When we picked Stella up, she was bathed and so soft . Although I know she was stressed being away from us. I know she was being taken care of. Every time we checked the cameras she seemed like she was enjoying herself.Thank you so much for caring for our pup.

Everyone is very sweet. Crates are a bit small for boarding however i haven't seen what they actually look like. Boarding rules should be stated like if they can bring their own bedding, toys, how food is given etc.
Everyone at Dogtopia Guelph is amazing! I know that Ryker is in great hands and you are all so tolerant of his antics. Thank you for everything you do!
Alex and everyone at the Stamford location always go out of their way when it comes to taking care of my dog Spencer (I have him there every day of the week while working and also will have him occasionally do overnights on the weekends). He loves playing with the other dogs and always comes home with me afterwards happy and a little tired. What more could I ask for?

The care and kindness that you show Ranger and the time you take to send updates to let me know he’s doing OK.
I wanted to share a concern regarding the mop buckets being left out in the open. In other facilities we toured, the buckets were also on-site but enclosed by some kind of barrier to prevent access.
At times, I’ve observed on camera that no one was in the room (it was for less than a minute), but I think it’s important to note that it only takes a second for a dog to get close and potentially lick the contents of the bucket. This presents a safety concern that I believe should be proactively addressed.
Everyone is very friendly and my dog loves it!!

My dog loves to go to "school" at Dogtopia. She loves interacting withthe other dogs. If she is happy and tired after Dogtopia, so am I.
