The staff is very friendly and welcoming and listened to my concerns about placing our older dog at Dogtopia for daycare. I would have appreciated a more detailed discussion about how she reacted to her first day. I did respond to a welcome email about my concerns but realize it was probably automated. The facility does appeared to be clean and well staffed.
I love that activities are offered for Cash to do. I know he looks forward to coming to Dogtopia. I do also like that I can check in via the Webcam to see how he is doing throughout the day.

I like that the staff knows our pup and that he is treated with so much care. Even though we don't go every week, staff knows us and our pup, and know his little quirks. I also love how involved Dogtopia is in the local Eastside community!
My dog loves it at Dogtopia. My only negative would be that occasionally I've been billed incorrectly.

All of the employees are friendly but more importantly they LOVE the dogs! All dogs! I have a bulldog that requires indoor daycare most of the year and I love how Dogtopia provides that and also when watching the webcams they dogs are having a great time!
I really like how friendly and kind the staff are. They are so sweet to greet us with a cheerful 'Hello'. Our dog enjoys his daycare time and always seems happy to be there. We appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. I also really like being able to schedule him for spa services when he is there for daycare.

Hygiene, the daycare smells really bad
When I brought Olivia in I showed the groomer a photo of how I wanted her to be cut. I also told her I would like to leave Olivia’s ears long but they could be trimmed a little bit. I said that I wanted her Pom Poms full but trimmed a bit. Her ears were cut a lot which surprised me. Over all the groomer did a good job but I would have appreciated that she cut my dog the way I want her cut.
We love Dogtopia. My two dogs are so excited to go and play. They get great exercise, have fun.

You can tell your staff has a love for the pups, which makes dropping off our loved ones so much easier.
Areas of improvement could be general communication and organization; at times it seems to be lacking and not everyone seems to be on the same page. I think there is opportunity for your social media posts to increase especially on activity days to show all the dogs enjoying that daily activity.
Love it all, but especially how kind and dedicated the staff seems.
How well you took care of my dog
I love the care and attention that the dogs get at Dogtopia. They have the most caring staff that really seems to love their job. My pup LOVES being there, and therefore, I love him being there.
The front desk staff are wonderful and friendly to us helicoptor parents. They know what are dogs like and keep us apprised of the progress. I would like to see more report cards or adding digital ones in the app but i know it is hard with all of the dogs that are in the shop daily. You are a life saver for my husband and I.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. But unfortunately when we brought Clay home he reeked of urine, we had to give him a full bath to get rid of the smell. Our hope was that using the daycare would be a viable option when my wife and I need to both be in the office, but it does not seem healthy or sanitary for him to be getting so much urine on him.
The smell of the facility is atrocious. They spray the dogs with a perfume when they leave but the smell lingered on my dog for hours after he was there.

My dog hears the words dogtopia and is so excited. He loves playing with other dogs and always comes home tired.
Very flexible- they’ve been able to accommodate us and our pup in last minute situations. Staff is super kind and helpful. Our pup is always worn out (in the best way) after a day full of playtime.
