Friendly staff who care about dogs.
However I’d like the option for a late pickup on a Sunday. I’d be happy to pay for that as 4 is a bit early.

Sport is an enrolled dog in Viera FL so she knows the drill. Wish Shelton was closer to our summer home.
When we brought Ryker home, the next morning he was limping and has an open wound on the back side of his left leg. No mention of it when checking out.
I think being more proactive when seeing dogs hump one another or gently re directing dog if picking on another dog.
Everyone is friendly and cares about the dogs. They go overboard to help with any issue you have (pick-up or drop off ). They have activities for the dogs.
From scheduling a meet and greet in the app to meeting a handful of employees and Gucci’s first two days – it has been a pleasant experience for me and my pup. I appreciate the extra care they gave her since she had recently moved home as well. Definitely recommend.
Staff loves animals
Everybody there is so nice! They truly love dogs. The place is really clean and I love being able to see my dog on camera.
My dog loves it and the pricing is so reasonable. Every single employee has gone above and beyond! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Friendly service
My dogs do enjoy being at Dogtopia, but they keep getting kennel cough. During one boarding where I had both dogs there, one of my dogs was so sick that she had to be on antibiotics and other medications. During this recent boarding, I only boarded my smaller dog since I didn't want to risk my big one to get sick again. However, my smaller dog is now sick with kennel cough and is on medication as well.
I do appreciate everything Dogtopia has to offer, but it is becoming too costly with vet bills and a risk to my dogs health to continue using the facility.
Easy drop off and pick up. My dog seems to enjoy his time there. Staff is friendly.
The convenience and flexibility

1) Even though my dog's vaccinations are all up to date And I've provided the records at least twice before. I received a call from dogtopia that my dog was going to be kennelled until I provided a current rabies vaccination record.
2) It's my understanding that dog topia.Policy is between noon and 2.The dogs are kindled for rest.
And i've seen that process on the webcam. The last time I brought her in. I logged on to the webcam To confirm my dog had been let out of the kennel from being incorrectly incorrectly quarantined. At 3:37 the kennel tech had them all back in their kennels again. I watched for a few minutes as the kennel.Tech just walked around aimlessly and peaked into some dogs.Kennels, no clean up going on.Nothing appearance was.The technician did not want to be bothered with the dogs. I called.
The facility to let them know and the explanation was.That was a new technician and they didn't know. So they didn't know because they didn't get trained properly or didn't want to be bothered with the dogs? I'll end my comments here.
But I have not been overly impressed. I'm weighing my choices now whether I will drive to the other end of town or pay more for an individual sitter. I will say that the people I have interacted with at dog. Topia have been very nice and professional, especially especially Shelley, who was kind enough to call. My vet's office to get my dog's vaccination record.

I like that I can have my dog in daycare in the morning, then he can get groomed before i pick him up in the afternoon. I also like how much time all the dogs spend playing together when I board my dog (vs being locked up)
Friendly staff caring and the place is always lean for my pet. She has stayed two weeks and been well cared for so see gets a day visit for a treat.
My dog always is having to go there and it’s great to know she’s safe and loved
