They were sooo accommodating when I was displaced from my home. My dogs were there 49 days and when I was at work and one of my dogs had an issue, they took them to the vet for me. They really care about these dogs as if they were their own. Can’t say enough great things about them.

Cameras are down a lot. The main camera for the big dogs was down for months. The lobby used to have two large screens that had announcements, spa services, dog of the week, etc that have been turned off for months. There used to be frequent social media posts showing dogs throughout the day and when there were activities now there is nothing ever posted.
I have been bringing my pup into Dogtopia Navy Yard for over 4 years. It’s a peace of mind knowing that my dog is in an environment he loves.
The best part of Dogtopia is undoubtedly the staff. They are incredibly accommodating to any specific needs and it’s evident that they are “dog people.” I feel like they love my pup just as much as I do!
A great feature is the cameras and being able to check-in on my pup during the day, but it’s not needed. I’m confident that they are doing a great job and if any concerns arise they will reach out via text or call. As long as they maintain their amazing staff and compassionate atmosphere, I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I recently started daycare and train at Dogtopia, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed how accommodating the staff were. They greeted me and my dog, Archie, with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, making us feel right at home.
The level of kindness shown to us by the staff was exceptional. They took the time to understand Archie’s needs and made sure he was comfortable and happy throughout our visit. One staff member, Tajanay, went above and beyond in her duties. Not only did she provide care for Archie, but she also took the time to engage him when I was tardy. Her dedication and passion for animals shone through, and it made a significant difference in our experience.
The facility itself is impressive, with plenty of space for dogs to play, socialize, and receive the care they need. It’s evident that the team at Dogtopia genuinely loves what they do.
