Odors. It really stinks sometimes. They've added sprayers to cover it up, but I think it's a cleaning thing

Dogtopia provides flexible scheduling and last-minute adjustments to a reservation without penalty. They also pay attention to pet's needs and how best to board them, which I really appreciate.

The people who are there- Kayla and Leo are the best. The flexibility- hours available are great.
The customer service was great. I had a great interaction with the front desk lady. I brought my dog in for a nail trim, paw pad clean up, and asked that they shave the hairs under his ears as they get very long and sometime matted. They did trim his nails but the paw pad clean up was patchy, still lots on long hairs and uneven trimming on his paw pads. He still had matted bits under his ears. The total was over $40, which is crazy for a job half done, especially because they had him there for over an hour.

There’s no doubting he comes home tired and it’s really good for him being around so many other dogs, but each time he comes back smelling like pee and we need to give him a bath so it’s not a sustainable thing for us to do consistently.
