Staff is always friendly! Drop-off and pickup are super easy and quite seamless. You're able to watch your pup on camera and the staff in the rooms seem to really enjoy the dogs.
This was our first boarding experience and my dog has been sick ever since getting her home on Sunday. Diarrhea, not eating, lethargic, just not herself. Separately, when I picked her up, she had poop all over herself. It was tangled in her hair, so it had to have been there for some days (or a day). She smelled terrible and looked worse, as I paid for a brush out and she was no more brushed out when I picked her up then when I dropped her off. The young man stated; he did it on Saturday, was going to do it again, but ran out of time. Even one of the other workers questioned if she was brushed out. If she was, he would have noticed the poop all over her coat.
Again, this was our first time and may very well be the last. Someone could have called and asked if I wanted to add a bath due to her condition. To give her dirty, stinky and disheveled is unacceptable. We will be looking for another place to board, as I don’t feel I can trust you to truly care for my pet.

I love everything about Dogtopia. The website is great, the WebCam is great, the staff is great, drop off and pick up our seamless. Most of all, my dog loves it! When I say the word, Dogtopia, he runs to the door.. thank you!

Dopgtopia Canton and the staff take really good care of my dog and they truly seem happy to provide their services.
You all are the absolute best! Your care and love for the dogs does not go unnoticed. You treat each dog like they’re your own and you love on all of them! We love sending Lucy here whether it was for daycare or for boarding. She loves coming here and knows that she can trust you all, which is huge!

After Millie’s boarding, her feeding tray (3 tier puzzle tray) was not included in her belongings, and we had to purchase a new one. Didn’t notice till we were home 25 miles away.
