We appreciate the live webcams, friendly and caring staff, and the ability to see our dog having fun on the puppy cameras.
Be cheaper.
The Dogtopia in Plymouth is the best! Great staff, very caring, and they inform us of things we need to know. My little dog loves going there!

Friendly atmosphere
We LOVE the staff at Dogtopia Fairfax City! We have been a founding family since day one and know He Ty is in great hands anytime he is there! They get to know each dog and family and treat them all just as special! As much as we love and recommend Dogtopia to all our fellow dog friends, I have found the recent APP upgrade to be less than the quality I have come to know! The new app is not functioning properly and things I could do before with ease no longer work. Please fix the app or return to the previous version!
Beyond the app, we love everything about Dogtopia Fairfax City!
On Saturdays, your facility isn’t as clean as it is Monday through Friday. I most definitely will not bring Jack’s there anymore on a Saturday.
Lower costs.
Overall, my experience with Dogtopia has been exceptionally good. Unfortunately, we had a situation with our last visit that did not meet our past experience confidence level.
I would still recommend Dogtopia, as I feel that your organization and program is well run. However, we do not NEED to have our Doodle at your facility. We did it because he was getting good play and socialization. We got to spend time without supervising him. However, having him crated for over 15 minutes during the visit, without being contacted to explain the problem was concerning. Then to have an employee respond in a less than professional manner solidified the decision to save the monies and put it into sending our Doodle to a training instead.
Again, I was to mention - we have never had less than a positive experience (even though our dogs have had injuries or altercations in the past) with your staff until this last one.

The staff are very personable and happy to answer questions. I know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off. She is excited to be there and (thankfully) tired when she leaves.
It’s a service we need. They do a very good job. I love the cameras. When I am working I can see my pup all day from my computer.

Ever since the new owners took over, the overall experience has improved 1000%! Very much enjoying Dogtopia at the Shops at Park Lane again!
I know that the dogs will be stinky when they come home but man it's been 2 days and they still smell. It's tough for us to bathe them so not sure if they were or could be sprayed with a little fur refresher/deodorizer before they leave
