Dogtopia is truly a standout when it comes to dog boarding and daycare. The level of care they provide is second to none — every member of the team is not only professional and attentive but genuinely caring and passionate about what they do. They’ve always been incredibly flexible and accommodating, making scheduling easy even when my plans change. Most importantly, they treat my dog like their own, and it shows in how excited my pup is to walk through their doors. Even though I no longer live nearby, I go out of my way to continue bringing my dog here because I simply wouldn’t trust anyone else. I highly recommend Dogtopia to any pet parent — it’s a place where dogs are truly loved and cared for.
We love dogtopia for our girls. We were disappointed to hear that corporate came through and insisted that all the nice decorations and pictures be taken down. What a shame! It's so sterile now, cookie-cutter, without the personality of the team showing through. We dont' go to any Dogtopia, we go to our neighborhood Dogtopia, and feeling like a community rather than a number is so vital. Seeing the pics of the dogs especially; it was such a comfort knowing how much the team *cared* about all the dogs.
Let's keep those decorations please!
The staff really care for the pets like it's one of their own. The way they take care of our dog our pet treats the associates as part of their pack. Jennifer and Samantha always greet us with a warm smile when we come in. Highly Recommend Dogtopia of Fredericksburg VA.
The most important thing is the caring attitude of your employees, you make us feel as though we are the most important customer you have. We know that our pups are always well cared for and loved.
Staff is always so friendly when we bring Harper in! She loves going to Dogtopia in Limerick!

The staff at Dogtopia is excellent--they even pet my Siberian husky when she goes to Dogtopia once a week. I like the tv screen in the reception area, but I can't ever see my dog, presumably because she sleeps in a pen at the front of the big dog section, which the camera doesn't show. I would like for there to be more activities at Dogtopia, since my dog is so laid back that she mostly lies around. Nice that lunch treats are occasionally provided. Thanks for the chance to provide feedback.
Fabulous people and wonderful place for dogs. I feel my dog is safe, loved and very well cared for.
My dog gets excited when I park outside and has great fun playing with his friends.
Exhausted when he gets home sleeps almost with a smile, tail wagging from his dreams…he is happy. And so am I knowing he is safe.
The fact that our puppy loves to go to daycare says a lot to us. The people are great to work with and respond to us whenever we have questions or need to update reservations - anything! We have been so happy with our entire experience with Dogtopia. We would not only recommend Dogtopia to anyone, but have multiple times. (We also love all the extra stuff that you do for the dogs!)

The staff is SO friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. Rachel, Kyle, Clover, Abby, and Genesis have been fantastic leaders for the team. I can tell they set a happy, positive tone. When I was looking for doggy daycares, my concern was that the coaches would simply *like* dogs, but not understand and be attentive to the dogs' body language and interactions with one another. I have been absolutely thrilled with the coaches' attentiveness to the dogs and the evaluation of my dog (e.g., trying out Beach and deciding that Park was still the best fit, and giving him play breaks when needed). It blows my mind that when all of us humans walk in the door for our pets, the coaches know immediately which pet we're there to pick up. I think it was the first or second time I picked up my pet that the coach already remembered that I was Binx's human! I'm so thrilled with my experience. You all really create a feeling of community, celebrating room promotions, dogs of the week, attendance milestones, and not to mention the crafts, pictures, and treats! Binx is so excited to get to Dogtopia each day he goes, and I am able to go through my work day knowing that he is well cared for and having a great time! Thank you, Historic Phoenix Dogtopia Team!!

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Rocky and Wylie love coming on Wednesdays. I had out patient surgery 2 weeks ago and I was glad they were able to come to daycare that day.
Improve safety and contribute dog knowledge to the owners of pet dogs. You have a captive audience of average dog owners that aren’t aware of basics such as leash reactivity and polite dog greetings.
Webcams did not work on the app. I talked with the office to try to fix, but still not working. (Webcams did work in app previously)
Also, we requested a nail trim, but it was unclear when we picked up if that occurred. The front desk indicated they thought it was done but it was not included in the charges. His nails did not appear trimmed.
Overall pricing seems high if services and features advertised are not fulfilled.
On the positive side, the staff has always been pleasant at pickup and drop off.
The special care that everyone gives me puppies 🐶.

I like that the hours are convenient. There is flexibility in scheduling. The staff are friendly and relaxed. It is nice to be able to view my pet on the camera.
Everyone is super friendly and I love that I can view the cameras to check up on my pup. He's tail is always wagging. I feel completely at ease leaving him for an extended period in your care.

They also do fun activities that stimulate their mind! I trust in their abilities to keep my boys safe!
I think the biggest issue is with credit card incorrect charges. And then not getting refunded or having the issue resolved promptly.

Love the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly. Mostly love that my dog, Oliver, loves them. They always make us both feel so welcomed and are so happy to see him!
The staff is a 10! Very professional and friendly. They greet you immediately and handle your pet like a true professional, you can tell they have had a lot of training.

The facility is new, well kept, always clean and air conditioned for the animals. It provides a safe environment for my dog to play with his new friends while I'm at work.
