Our dogs are always very excited & happy when we drop them off, which is great. We would just like to see more activities done with the dogs, small groups could be taken into the empty middle room to play games, do agility activities etc.
Dogtopia Northwest Edmonton offers a safe, caring, fun environment for dogs! The people are so friendly and genuinely care about the dogs. They ensure the dogs are shown love and kindness, and set up fun activities for the dogs to participate in. I love that the dogs are sorted into different rooms depending on their size and temperament and that the spaces are immaculately clean. I highly recommend!
I really like that Bruno is with other dogs his size. I would like to recommend that maybe more engagement with the dogs who have a tendency to linger around the door waiting for the owners to show up -
Web cam access was not available during the recent stay. No way to contact facility in-app. Requested nail trim was not done.
Everything! We only do Daycare and had a nail trim once or twice but the services are super convenient, great prices and the staff is nothing but exceptional
I was able to create an appointment on short notice and it was not a problem to cut my appointment short either.
Hector is always happy to go to daycare. He is treated so well and gets lots of love and attention.

Everyone was nice and I felt when leaving my pup there that he was going to be well taken cared of and wasn’t in danger. When I picked him up he was super happy and definitely tired from playing all day.
I realize that whole strip of business likely has the same owner so it may not be up to Dogtopia - but painting parking lines would help alleviate the mess that is parking, though it can be humorous sometimes. Driving onto Oxford street is like leaving Arlington and entering parking anarchy.
I have recommended Dogtopia for daycare but we go somewhere else if we need to board her more than two nights. I don't think overnight crating is a good option for our dog - a larger run would be better.
They are great with the dogs the staff is very friendly and I would recommend this company to anyone with a dog
