Dogtopia has been life-changing for me and my Italian Greyhound, Penny. Having a place where Penny can play with other dogs, get spa treatments, and spend the night when needed is invaluable for us. Penny loves going there, and that speaks volumes. Everyone is super nice and communication is always excellent.

As a new member, I was disappointed at what was expected vs reality. I was told on the phone that Id get a written progress report after the meet and greet. I also noticed dogs are getting “welcomed” to the pack with a chalkboard at the entrance, my dog never did. I only know Taylor who is there in the morning, otherwise I dont know anyones names. Most times I am just handed my dog w no report like “she made friends with so and so” i have friends at other locations and they seem to get more communication, etc.
Prices seem too high with add ons
Everyone at the facility is very friendly and helpful. I like, knowing there’s several doors of separation between my baby and the outside world. When she is there, I feel she is protected, learning, thriving, and safe.
Ease of access to book appointments and make changes, updates. But also the staff are so friendly and attentive to the dogs. I know that he's in a loving and safe environment and that means everything.
Nice staff, video cameras, activities for pets.
From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel family. He loves giving Sarah kisses. My pup looks forward to his weekly visits of exercise and play. We also board him here when he can't go with us. Highly recommend.

My dog, Copper, loves coming and playing with all of his friends! I feel confident that he is well-treated and looked after while at Dogtopia. He always comes home tired out, so I know he played so much!

Daycare experience is wonderful and cost aligns with industry. The baths, however, are outrageously expense and not worth the $50. Dogtopia should consider lowering costs to $25 max.
I love bringing my doggie here. He always has the best time, the staff is lovely and very caring. I have tried other daycares and he seems to have the best time here, he doesn’t hesitate to run inside every time i drop him off.

The staff is very professional, attentive, responsible and easy to work with. Dogtopia offers all services to keep my fur baby happy and cared for. Hours are convenient and services are affordable.
Jack got along well with the other dogs. He was a bit fearful at first, but I was able to see on the camera from my phone that once he relaxed, he played well with the other dogs. I was happy to see that he was completely safe, the staff was very attentive to his needs, and he charmed them out his treats. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for doggie daycare!
My dog is always the happiest when he is there. Everyone is friendly, the grooming is always a plus when he is there, the variety of special treats and the overall staff has been wonderful.
I boarded my dog for 3 days last weekend and did not receive any updates at all. Prior, we would look forward to messages from the Dogtopia folks. Also, the tip request when paying such a large sum of money is inappropriate, especially when I received zero personalized service. This used to *not* be the case with Dogtopia but has changed as the franchise has gotten more corporate. Beware losing personalized touched as customers will leave.
Great way to socialize my furry friend! Staff is always really friendly and willing to help if the app has issues. My pup is safe when she is there and makes tons for friends!
