When it is on, he is pretty much wandering around with the other dogs doing nothing and not entertained or stimulated.
My dog spent most of the time in a crate. I watched the camera most of the day. The way he was treated made me very upset.
I like the hours you are open, the ability to schedule daycare on line, and the staff is top notch! I can’t brag enough about how amazing the staff is - they make ALL the difference.

The dogs seem very happy and spoiled while there. Like that they have cameras and outdoor areas as well. The snack bar is nice for longer days at daycare.
The hours are very convenient. The staff is very caring and takes excellent care of my dog. I highly recommend their services.

It takes a very long time to get someone’s attention and help at the front desk, I’ve had to open the door yell “hello” after about 15 minutes of ringing the bell and waiting. Curbside pickup is disregarded.
Overall our dog loves going there weekly but I a disappointed that we just found out after a year of boarding our dog here that no one stays in the building with them. This is definitely something that should be disclosed upon first signing up verbally.
Daycare packages and pricing. Makes it difficult and costly to pick a package that could work and doesn't break the bank. There isn't anything that truly fits. It is making us look at other options potentially
