Overall Dogtopia is great! A couple things that could use improvement, the small dog outdoor area is essentially nothing. My dog is small but is probably as active as a large dog, the large dog outdoor area is great with toys and room to run but the small dog outdoor area is pretty much a joke.
The staff is so friendly and caring about our Lil. They keep us updated if any issues develop, which helps us to relax while we are away. We have been very happy with Dogtopia and plan to continue using their services.

I get my dog groomed at Dogtopia. Margarita is the best!!! Front desk staff is great too!

When traveling on vacation I know my dog is safe and cared for.
They know my name, and Chica, and even come to car when Abe to take her. Special activities, and sometimes trailing.

The staff truly care for my dog, and she loves going to daycare every day at Dogtopia South Lexington.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was traveling from out of town. Coco seem to have a good time and also made an artwork painting😊 I was able to see him on the webcam. Definitely would use them again if I’m in the area.
Every puppy is treated like they’re important.
I have asked twice for the link to the live camera and still have not received it. The paperwork was goofy—I couldn’t enter in his birthday or breed so I was unable to complete the form online and had to complete in person, which took time I didn’t have. Thanks!
Staff at the Golden valley location are very kind and knowledgeable. For the meet and greet, our pup was slowly introduced to her play group. I was given a tour of the facility. The dogs are well cared for and give an 2 hour nap during the week for them to rest and mitigate the stress that can come from a day on constant playing.
The staff is wonderful and I know my dog is happy there and well-cared for because she never wants to leave when I pick her up.
