It would be nice if the dogs would have more toys or equipment to play and interact with. Maybe a sandbox or something to dig in, some kind of entertainment for them. Also a padded area where they can lay down comfortably and not on the concrete floor. A pool would be great in summer!
Very organized and efficient operation. Staff is friendly and all seem to wear their hearts on their sleeves for their love of dogs!

First of all the staff is just great. Knowledgeable, kind and caring. It’s very important to me that my little guy is carefully watched over and he loves! going there for his Wednesday and Friday visits. All I have to do is quietly say to him that you have doggy daycare today and he goes crazy with excitement.

When I drop my dog off he is actually excited when we pull up and runs up to everyone who works there like they’re his best friends. It’s well managed, efficient and clean. They’re always doing fun stuff for the dogs, as opposed to just letting them run wild all day. It’s the best dog experience I’ve ever had-Highly recommend!!!
I like everything about it, Annie comes home tired, is so excited when her day comes, she can't wait to get there.

The team here is awesome! They truly care about my pup, and she gets so excited every time we visit. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming—it's clear they take pride in what they do.
My baby Bru knows when it's day care day and she runs to the car with enthusiasm. It warms my heart to see how excitingly she wags her tail when the staff greats and receives her to take her to play with friends.

Walter loves when he gets to come to daycare! He always has so much fun and gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff are wonderful as well.

The people are always nice, but I don't think the customer service is a priority. Check-in / Check-out is not efficient and timely. I had to monitor my credit card to ensure that I wasn't charged incorrectly, as this often occurred, and their POS system's statements/receipts were not clear about the charges being applied. I hated to cancel our membership, but the issues had persisted too long without being addressed. The people are nice, but the business/service model/operations are not geared toward the customer, from my perspective.
Barrett and Luna absolutely love going to Dogtopia, and the staff does an amazing job. You can tell that they all love dogs and really enjoy spending time with them.
I really appreciate how attentive the staff is to each dog. It gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is well cared for and genuinely loved while I’m away.
Super friendly staff
My Coco have been to a couple of other daycare but she wasn't very happy so I gave Dogtopia a try and she absolutely loves this place, so much that she doesn't even want to go home whe it's time! All the staff are very friendly, and I can tell they love dogs!❤️
The staff love my dog and are always happy to see him. They care for him like their own and he loves going.
