Dunkin LOVES coming to Dogtopia. He goes crazy when we pull in the parking lot. The staff is incredible and I know he is well loved and cared for when he is there.

I’m writing to follow up on a conversation yesterday regarding my concern with the lack of transparency around your pickup times and daycare rates. At no point was I informed that 10:00 AM was the cutoff time to avoid being charged for daycare on the day of pickup. Additionally, your website does not clearly state that the boarding fee compounds with daycare charges, which led to an unexpected final bill. I requested a breakdown of my bill and the staff member even said she was confused by the billing at your location. I have also not received a copy of my receipt as I was told I would receive via email.
I had anticipated a charge of around $30, as advertised. While I understand and have no issue paying for the daycare on the day of drop-off, I was charged an additional $30 for a half day of daycare on the pickup day—even though I arrived at approximately 10:08 AM. Had the cutoff time been communicated, I would have ensured I arrived before it.
Furthermore, your website clearly states that “overnight stays include full access to our premium daycare services,” which seems to conflict with the additional daycare charge applied on the day of pickup.
I was told I would receive a call regarding this issue today, but I have not heard from anyone. Given the lack of communication and the unclear policy information, I am respectfully requesting a refund for the half-day daycare charge on the pickup date.

My dog Billy loves going to Dogtopia. As soon as he knows we are close, he starts walking faster. I am so grateful for the sweet care that the folks extend to him. And it's a bonus that I can peek on the webcam! THANK YOU, DOGTOPIA!

My dog just seemed to stand around all day - not really a lot of play happening. An outdoor potty trip would also be good for her. I don't think she goes to the bathroom all day because its inside.
The staff is very friendly and our dogs are always excited to go.
The routine is good for Sadie. The fact that she is not isolated and experiences some socialization training is a plus. Being able to bring her bed and have her stay in a suite (kennel) is huge.
I love the friendliness and professionalism of everyone that works there. You take such good care of my little guy. He used to cower down when we first started taking him, now he whines to get out of the car and run into daycare as soon as we get to the parking lot!
He absolutely loves it there and most importantly, he loves everyone that works with him. This is the best decision I made, taking him to Dogtopia.

My dog is happy. Happy when he knows he is going, happy-barking all the way there, happy to go see his friends, and still happy when I pick him up. And I am happy as he is tired. A tired husky is a good husky.
