Flexible plans, ease of booking and availability
Not sure how much interaction there is with the dogs. When I watch the webcams, all I see is someone walking around and not talking with the dogs or paying attention to them. I thought there would be more games/interactions with them. Turning on the bubble machine and walking away is not playing with the dogs. Its babysitting. Too many bigger dogs in the toy box room. That room should be for pups 30 lbs and smaller. I’ve seen my little one get run over by the bigger one’s, and then she just lays along the wall with little interaction.
Staff is friendly and my pup comes home exhausted! I know he's in good hands when I drop him off and he has the best day!
I truly appreciate the way you care for my little tornado, Lola. I can see how much she loves being there by the way she gets so excited every time we arrive

Gigi loves her time at Dogtopia. I always know when I drop her off there she is in the best care. The whole team is welcoming and treat your dog as if they are their own.

They take good care of the dogs here. They do lots of fun activities with the dogs like pool days, ball pit days and photo and paw print days too where you get little keepsakes. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Luna got a scabbed tail from hitting the sides of the crate while wanting to be out with the other dogs. Once this problem began, Luna should have been placed in a crate away from the other dogs. This would have allowed her to stay calm and the tail would heal. This would have avoid having to send her home a day early.
Had issues with billing whereby I was charged for a grooming when in fact the grooming did not take place since she was sent home early. Was able to speak to someone and a refund is expected. Spoke to someone on 8/8/25 and have not got a conclusion/refund notice as yet.
However I had place a call on the first day of Luna's stay and left a message and NEVER got a call back. This also happened when Luna stayed at this Dogtopia in July of this year. This is NOT acceptable. Call should be returned as soon as possible to ease concerns.
Great place to board our Labrador Retriever and plenty of availability.
Dogtopia offers cage free boarding on a first come basis, so this was the primary reason we chose them for overnight boarding.
Their webcam let us see our dog's activities during the day and when we picked him up, he was tired and relaxed.
Dogtopia gives the dogs a nap time from noon to 2 PM and I thought that was great so no one becomes over stimulated. Good business practices and staff were knowledgeable, present and experienced.

Actually everything. We have been so happy we switched Huey over from Doggie District. You run a perfect daycare that suits us just fine. We cannot offer any complaints except that we wished we lived closer. Keep up the excellent work.
The staff is very attentive and caring.
The booking system is clear. The coaches are there to make sure the dogs are all playing well together. They offer many special events and will make sure dogs are vaccinated properly. Most of all, my puppy is thrilled to go for the day of play.
The whole program is wonderful, especially when my dog needs bathing often.

The people are very nice and personable. My dog has been there for 2 weeks. She loves it! They take such good care of my pup. They have trainers in the play areas and they work to modify behavior. My dog is excitable and a jumper. She is already jumping less and loves the people.
They provide numerous activities to stimulate the dog's minds.
I chose this place because the play areas are inside. My dog has bug bite allergies and couldn't stay at her previous dog day care because most area were outside.
I am really pleased with Dogtopia on Beach Blvd.
