The people where very happy and friendly

I’ve been very disappointed since Romper and Gym have been combined into one room. I would love to see a safe split return, so that younger dogs/puppies can play away from larger, older, altered dogs. It’s just not a good mix this way. Puppies that aren’t neutered yet are targeted and things escalate. We’re trying to socialize our puppy but worry constantly that he’s going to have a bad experience that messes with his temperment. Considering unenrolling until this is sorted out. Also do not think the new GM is a great communicator.
Gives my dog a cool place to be with other dogs.
The Round Rock location asked if I was sure it wasn’t my dog when they brought out the wrong dog. When I finally got my dog, she reeked a horrible stench. The staff said it was too hot and humid for dogs to be kept there. I waited three days for Dogtopia to return my calls. They were unapologetic and repeated the claims the dogs were “sweating” from the heat and humidity. I’m switching to PetSuites.
Our goal is to deliver excellent service and I'm sorry experience was less than that. Your review will go a long way in making my service better. We don't want dogs going home stinky or accidentally bring the wrong pup out, even if there are multiple dogs with the same name.
Our dog loves to come to Dogtopia! He recently spent an extended boarding stay, and I was glad to be able to follow him through the WebCam. He was well cared for, and we did not worry about him. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail that Patti gives us. She very much cares about all the dogs that are there, and I’m really grateful for that.
Great with the dogs.also keeps in contact with you if somethings going on with our dog. Willing to work with you on times of delivery. My Rusty is fine when he comes not like the last one he stayed at. Thank you for your great care of Rusty.

All of it. Our dog is very large and the attendance at Dogtopia put him in the suites for lunchtime instead of a crate… Because he also has a history with a crate as well as being really big for a crate. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness.
Everyone is extremely welcoming, having a daycare for a dog when you work longer days is very helpful
Staff is excellent, environment is clean, precautions are taken and owners know what they are doing!! I love Dogtopia and so does Diesel. I receive more feedback and report cards than my grandson receives from his daycare 🙌

I have a very busy schedule being a Care Giver and I Appreciate the services so much that are provided. It shows in everyone that they really care and love their job of caregiving for dogs! I totally trust Dogtopia with my Daisy to attend Doggie Daycare, Boarding and Spa Services. It makes you feel so good when you drop off your dog and see how excited they are to go play with their friends and know they are so well looked after. I Appreciate the Entire Team So Much! I love that my dog likes going here. It was a big concern when we first started because we needed a place we could board regularly and our dog had never done that before. Every time I bring Sammie in, she’s pulling the leash and me along with her because she can’t wait to get inside!

I was disappointed at time of drop off, which was shortly before leaving for the airport for a 20 day international trip. The man behind the desk informed me that on a previous visit that there had been issues with my dog. The dog had stayed at Dogtopia 6;months earlier but six months ago nothing was mentioned about a problem. The man informed me that my dog had barked overnight the first “night or two“ he also said there had been an issue with another dog. He said if a problem occurred again, my emergency contact would be called to immediately pick up my dog. I worried throughout my trip. This type of communication needs to be done immediately and at pick up 20 days later, I was told the boarding went smoothly. I am disappointed and worried about boarding him again.
