My dogs love going to Dogtopia and it’s nice to know they are safe when they are there.
My dog’s tail begins wagging the minute the Dogtopia building comes into sight. And when we enter the door, he rushes to greet his caregivers with kisses. It warms my heart knowing that he will be well taken care of and happy while I’m gone.
The staff is very caring and loves their job and our "kids" pets. LuLu loves going there and seeing everyone. I trust them to take care of our LuLu.
Every staff member is compassionate and knowledgeable.
The staff is wonderful, many fun activities and treats, options for training and grooming, and very clean and well maintained.
WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR SERVICES. IT'S KEPT CLEAN-THE COACHES CARE AND ARE PESONABLE. WE ARE GREETING EVERY MORNING WITH A SMILE. I SWEAR IF WE ALL HAD TAILS WE WOULD BE WAGGING THEM WITH LOVING APPROVAL. NICOLE IS OUTSTANDING AND ALL OF THE STAFF FOLLOW WITH HER. I AM AMAZED HOW OUR FUR BABIES ARE TREATED LIKE HUMANS WITH SO MUCH LOVE, IT IS JUST SIMPLY THE BEST!!! JAX CANNOT GET INTO HIS CLASSROOM FAST ENOUGH.AND FOR THAT WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL TO ALL OF YOU!!!

My fur baby loves going. They greet her by name as we enter the door. She gets so excited to go in and play. I would not hesitate to bring your fur baby there.
The staff is amazing and welcoming. I feel very safe leaving my pup for daycare or for boarding because I know she will be well taken care of.

Our dogs seemed to have a good time. However the past 3 times they've stayed at Dogtopia, they've come home sick. I cannot help but think that other pet parents are bringing sick dogs in, and the staff are allowing them to stay and mix with the other dogs, spreading the illness. It is getting quite expensive to not only have to pay for their stay at Dogtopia, but the aftermath of the vet visit and medications. This is making me rethink sending our dogs to Dogtopia in the future.

Friendly, welcoming and patient! My rescue pup tends towards reactivity, so I wasn’t sure if he could do daycare. But the staff worked with him over several brief sessions (at no cost!) to introduce him to the environment. This will be his third week of full day twice-weekly sessions. I’ve even noticed that he’s better with the dogs we encounter on our neighborhood walks! Dogtopia has been a great for both of us.

Everyone who works here is always friendly and approachable, my pup loves coming here to play.
Clean, friendly, convenient . I like that I can do baths and daycare in the same day!
Webcam access. Kind and dog-friendly employees. Reasonable prices for day camp and overnight stays. Appreciate spa services offered after overnight stays.
The employees. We know we can trust them to care for our dogs, whether in daycare or while boarding. They clearly care about the dogs and that peace of mind is invaluable to us.
There is plenty of good about your location: the staff is wonderfully friendly, dogs are safe.
The-not-so-good: I didnt appreciate that staff is on their phones so often instead of playing with the dogs. Additionally, it seems like most of the time the staff spends cleaning the rooms, vs engaging with the pups. While, of course, I completely understand the need to keep the rooms clean, I wish there was more engagement with the dogs. I stopped bringing my dog when I learned he was put in a crate around 5:00pm-5:30pm so the rooms could be cleaned. He can stay at home in a crate for free... I honestly would pay $50 a day *IF* staff played with the dogs AND if cleaning the facility wasnt the focus of the business.

First of all, they really care about the dogs, which is the most important service. They also provide quick and thorough responses to questions.
We are very happy with Dogtopia of Pewaukee and plan to continue using them for daycare, boarding, and spa for our dogs.
Our GSD loves going to Dogtopia. He is given good care by the handlers and enjoys spending the day with the other dogs.
Different activities
Love the staff - so friendly and they clearly love our pup!
Flexibility. Example: weekly plans, if you don’t use the weekly date you loose it! Those charges should not be lost to the consumer. In my short time with Dogtopia, I am sure that I have lost about $400.00. Sessions that I had prepaid for and did not use nor was able to get refunded or saved for the future. Future being for an upcoming trip where a week stay for my fur baby would have been needed.
Easy drop off/pickup process, confident my dog is being well taken care of, easy to reach via texting or calling, access to webcam while dogs are playing.
