My dog Rowan has been going to Dogtopia since she was 9 weeks old. She is currently 2yrs and a few monthd old. She attends 3 + times a week. She loves the other dogs and all of the staff. She always whines in a happy way and wags her tail when we pull up out front to drop her off. I enjoy watching her on their cameras to see which dogs she has a preference to play with.i like that they have special activities for the dogs and post pics and videos of these activities on Instagram. I find it entertaining to see all the different dogs interact and play.
Staff is super nice, and I feel they take good care of Murphy.
Everyone genuinely loves the dogs in their care.
Our dog loves daycare and comes home so tired! They are all so loving, and provide fun days for the dogs!
I love Dogtopia Deer Park -- for my Riley it is fun, safe, clean, friendly....perfect place for her!! The ability to board here there in familiar surroundings is also a plus!!
We love sending our pups to Dogtopia. The staff are all so wonderful and are always excited to see Marcy and Simon when they come in. Daycare has been amazing for Marcy’s confidence - she is so much more comfortable around other dogs and people and it’s been so great for Simon to get all of his puppy energy out with his friends.

I love everything about how the Dogtopia staff take care of my baby Bruno. I rave to my friends, family, co-workers, and even my patients about how amazing you all are. Bruno looks forward to his daycare days and is passed out before he even makes it home. Dogtopia is a special place! The staff are so welcoming and attentive. My questions are always promptly and professionally answered. But, the best way to determine the quality of the services is by watching the customers themselves. Every dog I see entering Dogtopia is excited to be there. My dog can’t wait to get inside and play with his friends. The staff know my dog by name and treat him like family! So happy we decided to visit last year and make Dogtopia a highlight of my pup’s week.
We are very grateful to have Ross, Katie and all the team at Dogtopia of Arlington Heights to be Gunnar’s bonus family. They love him and he loves them. When we say “Come on, it’s time to go to school!” he starts wagging and heading over to the door to the garage. Happy to have Dogtopia in the neighborhood!
Johnny, my dog, absolutely loves "Dogtopia"! The staff is caring and friendly, the place is clean, and the play areas are amazing. I always get cute photo and report cards, and my dog comes home happy and EXHAUSTED. I could not ask for a better place for him to socialize. Although I do wish there were more pool or water days as he really loves those :-)

We love the ease of the app, the webcams, the friendly staff engagement and so much more. My dog sometimes doesn’t even want to leave the lobby when I come pick her up because the live and attention she receives from the Alexandria Pack Leaders.
I always know my baby girl is safe and happy when she is boarded. And she smells amazing after her spa bath!

Every single employee at Dogtopia goes out of their way to love my girl and meet her needs, put up with her quirks and keep her busy with such varied activities.
I love that Morgan is able to socialize with other dogs in a safe space but is also able to retreat to her corner when she just wants to keep watch over the fun.
I like everything. I know they care for my dog.

Quality of services have really decreased the last few months. I have been bringing my dog since opening and it never used to have an odor. Now the lobby consistently has strong nasty odors. The dogs don’t get their fresh spritz when leaving either. All while fees went up 30%.
