Staff is great!
Very friendly staff who seem committed to the well-being of all the dogs they take care of.
Friendly and attentive staff. They know my dog by name and greet him when we enter. They send me pictures of him playing with his friends. He gets so happy when I say it is time to go to school, so I know they treat him well.
The staff takes unbelievably great care of all the dogs. You can tell that the staff truly loves their jobs and every single dog.
I like the fact that the owners are very caring and that they offer advice/recommendations regarding my pet. The staff is always ready to help and have positive attitudes.

The employees are wonderful, the facility is always clean.
We are from out of state and my daughter was admitted to the hospital in Milwaukee. Unfortunately, the Ronald McDonald house does not allow dogs.
The staff at Dogtopia was exceptionally great! They went the extra mile to get my Frenchie in and made her stay great! They communicated with me extremely well and I did not have to worry about my pup while dealing with hospital issues. They allowed me to come and visit and walk her as well!

Great people and facilities! I hate being away from my babies, but I feel good about bringing them to Dogtopia when I have to.

My boys are always excited when I drop them off and seem like they had a great time once we get home. I am not worried when I leave them especially when I get to see them on the webcam.
I am so happy with Dogtopia! I feel so safe leaving my pup there for daycare and even to stay overnight when I need a responsible and safe place for him to stay. They do such great events and keep the pups active and stimulated.
I have nothing but praise and gratitude to the entire staff at Dogtopia for their attentiveness and care. Your astute observation that Bayley was not acting like his usual self, and your decision to contact me, made all the difference. Because of your quick action, we were able to address the issue before it became serious, and Bayley did not become critically ill. Your professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for his well-being are why I am so glad to be part of Dogtopia, and I am truly thankful for the watchful eyes and kind hearts that continue to keep my best little buddy safe.
I like that your front desk staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy to see my little Yogi on the days he visits. Yogi seems to be happy while he's there and comes bounding into the front office when we pick him up.

The staff is incredibly people and dog friendly and I trust my dog with them implicitly. I’m still having problems with the software update for your app and I know your folks are gonna help me with that.
Very organized business, workers are kind and attentive. We haven't been disappointed in anynof the services. Have already recommended it to others.
1. Add more hours outside of work schedule for Meet & Greet
2. Fix webcam. I'm not able to see my pup because the camera is down for most of the day
3. If there is a 15 min rotation for play time, then set a timer, so that time is tracked. I have seen my pup in the kennel/play pen for a hour without play time.
Team members/coaches are friendly and go out of their way to address my doodle when he arrives. He was very shy when we started and hesitant to go back with them, now he can't wait to get pass the lobby and into the play room!
The team of coaches that care for Lake are amazing!
We love how Lake is played and cared for when we are away.
