I really miss rhe cameras working in the app. They haven't worked since the update.
Louie loves going to Dogtopia, when we are around the corner he gets SO excited because he knows where he is going. I know how excited he gets with treats so I know he loves the days he gets them!
Your location is not far from my house so that is also an advantage!

My dog tends to be on the shy side…. Except when we are on our way to Dogtopia! She loves it there. Every time! I would have more hesitation boarding her if she wasn’t so excited to go! She is always so well lived when we go out of town!
My dog was injured on her face, on the first night of her stay, and we were not notified until the scab “reopened” 1 week later and I asked “what scab?”
False advertisement on the website stated $30 for boarding, we were charged over double (75)
When addressed to the district manager I was spoken to in an extremely condescending tone, and treated as illiterate and laughed at.
I like the friendliness of all staff, the structure of the program with the many activities, the convenience of scheduling and the ability to see my pup on camera during her visits.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
My dog gets to spend a couple of days a week in daycare where she runs around with friends while she is looked after. It is good for her and she is worn out after playing all day. Plus it gives me a break as well to get some things done without having to worry about her. I can sign up to get her nails trimmed, get bathed, and have other grooming services performed while she is there. Dogtopia makes it fun for me and the family as well with their special events, social media posts, and picture days.
Dogtopia in Arlington heights is amazing. Not only do they take great care of our dog, she loves going there and playing with all her friends. They're always there to help accommodate us with whatever we need. We feel like Sophie has a second family over there.

Way friendy staff that really love dogs. Open on Saturday 10-5 big plus. Scheduled pick up on time on Sunday. Dogs have disco parties and all kinds of fun things. Staff go above and beyond and nobody is ever ever in a bad mood.They have “making Bacon” offers for a nominal cost and all proceeds go to a fund to train therapy dogs. It does not get much better than that. Also they are having a 2025 dog of the year contest and my dog Lily Rose is going to win. I am putting positive thoughts out to Universe.

With the new app it's not possible to enlarge the camera view on android cell phones. I can't watch my dog anymore while he's there. That was one of the things I really liked to do. I heard that the enlarge function only works on iPhones. I'm not going to change my cell phone to an iPhone to get this function.
I have been taking my dog to you for just over a year. Generally, I have been satisfied with Dogtopia, especially the coaches. My dog has a serious anxiety issues, along with allergies and prior to a couple of weeks ago, they handled Athena very well. The only problems I've encountered dealt with policies imposed by management. A number of times her collar was lost because it was removed when she arrived. The most serious problem I have had was with 2 new coaches, with no veteran coaches in the room. I came home one day at about 10;30 am and my dog was in a cage with some sort of barrier preventing her from even watching the other dogs. I watched continually from that time until the lunch break at 12;00 pm, finally at 2;15 pm they released her after spending at least 3 1/2 hours locked up without access to any water. For most of the time, I was trying to call the front desk to see what was happening and immediately my calls were transferred to voice mail.
I like how friendly and welcoming the staff is, as well as very interactive with all the dogs. I absolutely love the activities they have for pups. It is by far the best place I've used for my dogs in all my years of having different pups in my life. Thank you so much for all you do!

I love that I can drop my pup off and know that he is safe and having a great time! Its also very convenient that he can get his nails clipped and even get a bath if needed with Dogtopia's Spa services. Ranger (my pup) is insisting that I also tell you how much he loves the stuffed kongs and protein bowls at lunch time!!! Thanks for making Rangers time there amazing!!!
