Lucy loves to go to day care and it is great to know that when we need overnight boarding we have a safe place for her to go. We like that they feed her lunch. We also like having her get a bath once a month. The staff is always helpful and smiling.

Friendly staff. Treat my animal as their own. I love the interactions (dancing, playing, etc) the staff provides to the animals throughout the day. I have never felt more comfortable leaving with my dog with a facility. I know at the end of the day, he is very well taken care of. My dog is always so happy when he gets to go to daycare.
I love this place. The entire staff is amazing, warm, caring, and take wondeful care of my dog who has been going there since close to its opening. It's legitimately keeping our family in the neighborhood because few other doggy daycares treat their dogs with the individualized care and attention as the people here do. They are excellent, and I hope they are recognized as such.

The staff are caring and conscientious - the dogs needs always come first! The daycare activities are fun, creative and stimulating for the pups - and the environment is clean and safe.

I love the professional, efficient, very friendly employees, who are ALWAYS on top of everything! We are always greeted with a friendly smile, even at the end of the day!
The employees know my dog and she loves them! The lobby is clean and tidy, and the playrooms appear to be also (from what I can see on the live video). the attendants seem to always be mopping up any messes, and my dog comes home very clean! The environment feels very safe and clean!
Employees show personal interest in our pup! I love receiving random emails about how she is doing during a boarding stay. Our pup loves to go to Dogtopia Cottleville ….. we just say the name and she gets excited!

My dog loves it here! She knows in the morning when she is going gets excited and when we pull in the parking lot, she is ready to go!
When it is time to leave, sometimes I'm not sure if she wants to go home or stay - LOL
She is full of energy it seems when I pick her up, but that is because she is happy to see me.
After getting in the vehicle for the ride home, she lays down and falls asleep. When we get home, she practically drinks an entire bowl of water and then time for sleep.
I couldn't be more satisfied.

So friendly and love how Olive and Balto are so excited to see their friends. Personally I love the baths - no mess to clean up at home!
I love how friendly everyone is and how they greet all the pups by name. They are very accommodating of their needs. Winston absolutely loves going to see all his friends.
First off - the staff is excellent. You the person gets a greeting and so does your dog. Your pet can get a bath and haircut and the staff will bring your dog to you if you need them to do this. I board my Millie when I have to travel. Millie knows everybody and gets love and hugs every single time. I love my Dogtopia in Austin, TX, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have an app that lets you look at your dog anytime. What's not to love about Dogtopia?

In general, all the employees are great! I think the process of checking in/out the dogs could be streamlined, especially during peak times. And, additional staff during peak hours would improve the experience. One person should be dedicated to checking in/out on the computer while 2 others go get the dogs from the back. Currently at the Sandy Springs location, one person is doing both of these jobs which leads to long lines at peak pickup times in the afternoon.

I wish my work schedule hadn't changed and I got to continue to send Henry! The staff are so friendly, knowledge and energetic! Henry loves going! Not only this but it's not super expensive! Their report cards are adorable! The fun activates and crafts they do with the dog(s) are an absolute joy to get back! Truly, a one of a kind place to send your fur-baby!
Jaxon loves his days at Dogtopia, we always tell him that he is going to see his friends and he gets soooo excited.
