I love how well the staff takes care of all the dogs. Benito gets so excited coming to school during the week, and I feel so relieved and relaxed at work knowing that he is safe and having fun!
Over the past few weeks, there has been a big drop off in Care for my dog and others. There have been some swap outs of employees that have negatively infected the environment. There is a whole new group of people that are not paying attention to the dogs and they are locking them up more than normal. I don’t pay for my dog to be in a prison I pay for a daycare, which is what they call this. There has been quite a change, and I am starting to think I need to make a change if they don’t make the necessary improvements to where they were before.
Dogs really have a great time at Dogtopia. You can see it in the dogs’ behavior. They cannot wait to go.

We absolutely adore Dogtopia Parkside! Sage is always excited to go see all of her friends. The staff are so welcoming and inviting.
I needed to go out of town without a lot of warning and they were helpful and friendly in getting my older dog set up for a 4 night boarding.
Everyone is so friendly and my dog loves going there. Even when family finances tightened and we couldn’t use them as frequently, they still great you and recognize your dog. Conveniently located too!
My dogs comfortability and the genuine love that the people who work there have for the animals. He barely wants to come home and can’t wait to get back lol a sleepy dog is a happy dog and after a day at Dogtopia he is the happiest ever.
The Redmond staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful every time I drop off/pick up. Emily is especially customer service oriented and always willing to help and answer my questions. Thank you Dogtopia!

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff. I like the fact from the first day they were very transparent on care. Having the playroom cameras are a huge plus.
Maggie's waggy butt every time we go to "school" says it all. I love that I can drop her off and know she's going to have SO much fun, and she's going to be kept safe. I love that when she and another dog almost got into a scuffle, it was pre-empted and Dogtopia notified me right away. (That definitely did not happen at her last daycare--I arrived to pick her up and only then found out she had a giant gash on her head from another dog and had been in a kennel all afternoon). Also, every single team member has always been pleasant to interact with (although I'm sure they all handle their fair share of stress!) and they always greet me and Maggie so warmly. It means so much to have a place where I know she is loved, cared for, safe and having a blast. Thank you, Dogtopia White Flint :-)
The friendly staff, the cleanness of the facility, the different extras you can have done for your fur baby.
We love how excited our pups are when they’re greeted upon arrival. One recommendation would be a loyalty program. Like one free day of daycare after 20 visits or something similar.
