The trainers are kind to the dogs and owners. They remember details and keep track of what is going on in play areas. They facilitate requests in a positive manner.
My dog , Ranran is always excited to go there. The stuff are kind, friendly, and wonderful. I also love that I can watch through the webcam, which gives me peace of mind.
Also their grooming is excellent too. Ranran comes back beautifully clean and fluffy white!!Thank you!!
Things have been challenging since previous GM left. Communication of changes, other staff departures, etc.

All of your staff is kind to my puppy. They pay attention to her and all of the other dogs in their care. I love to watch her on camera. They really have done a nice job keeping her happy and safe.
You can open up the empty third room and separate the dogs by small, medium and large, rather then put 40 lb dogs in with 10 lb dogs.
And especially on days when there's 20 or more dogs in each room. You need to hire enough people to cover all three rooms.
When I arrived to pick my dog up I saw him being sprayed with a water bottle for barking in a kennel after I had explained multiple times that he did not do well in a kennel. I was told he would not be crated because I was only leaving him for 90 minutes. Very disappointed.
I give Dogtopia 5 stars the coworkers are so pleasant and friendly. The facility is very neat and clean and All the dogs are so happy. Love this place 🥰

Everyone is genuinely happy to see my puppy. My dog is so excited when I drop her off so I know she has a great time when she is there. It puts my mind at ease when I’m at work to know my dog is having a fun filled day.

My dogs were filthy when I picked them up. Other places charge less and a bath is included. But what I was really mad about was both my dogs’ beds were soaked in urine. It was really bad. I was encouraged to bring their beds for the crates they’d be sleeping in and it seems they were just left out for all the dogs to pee on. My dogs have never peed in their crates at home so I find it hard to believe they would have peed on them themselves. For what you charge you are lacking in actual services. We won’t be bringing our dogs here again.
Great ability to put our dog in daycare, board her and even do spa treatments! The video camera access is also a very big plus!! It’s why we keep coming back time and time again!!!

We did our first meet and greet and the staff was super helpful in getting Lilly acclimated to the new day care. I took her for a second day and she ran right in! Always someone at the front desk, the cameras are helpful to see what's going on with the dogs. The facility is clean and convenient!

We highly recommend Dogtopia Bethesda. We started bringing our high energy rescue puppy in for play dates when he was 5 months old and the opportunity to socialize and play with other dogs has been amazing for him. The staff transitioned him and his buddy into the room with the bigger dogs when he was ready, and he loves it there. The staff also are great with communication and knowledgeable about how to provide a safe play environment for all of the dogs. We really appreciate how friendly and welcoming everyone is. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without this space for Norman to play and get exercise as he has grown up. We are really grateful to all of the staff for their care of our pet.

Our dog, Molly, recently stayed at Dogtopia Deer Park for boarding while we were traveling. Due to delayed/canceled flights, we were unable to get home in time to pick Molly up on the scheduled day. Dogtopia, specifically Ellen, was very understanding and able to keep Molly an extra night. We are extremely grateful to have a place to board Molly where we know she is safe and well cared for. Truly appreciate the whole team!
The staff gives my husband and I peace-of-mind when we leave our pup for holidays. Rascal loves seeing all of his human friends and he enjoys the other dogs too.
