Everyone on staff is eally nice and seems to love dogs which is a must!!!
Friendly attitude, supportive, and nurturing staff very flexible in the needs of parents. And if you decide you want to keep your dog longer in any given day, they have lunch available at a very reasonable price. I especially like the greeters at the door and the grooming. Staff is fabulous.

The staff are phenomenal. Easy scheduling. Able to accommodate my dog and his medical needs.
Goodness! You all take such good care of our Smokey! You all know him as well as we do. His habits, his behavior, his love for people and other dogs. Thank you for all that you do to help keep Smokey safe, happy, physically and emotionally challenged.
I like that my dog can socialize with other dogs. Bringing up the cameras to see how he is doing gives me peace of mind that he is having fun. The staff is always helpful and gives my dog attention.

Our dogs always love going to Dogtopia at The Shire. Buddy will race us to the door in the morning because he loves going so much.
The staff are always so sweet to the dogs and seem to make them feel special every time they go.
Quality grooming. Our dog doesn't fight going to Dogtopia for his grooming and comes out a well groomed happy dog.

I have already recommended friends who take their dogs there, 1 dog did not make it through the testing but 2 have and attend regularly. I like the convienence of the timing, the lunch hour, onsite bathing and grooming services, as well as training options.
We love the daycare and the many activities that are offered throughout the month. We love the care and compassion shown for our fur baby. We love the ability to see our baby throughout the day through the webcams. We also are 100% at ease when leaving our baby with you for overnight stays and we appreciate the spa services (bath).
The programs flexibility and kind staff. Top notch service. When I have to leave my pup my mind is at ease knowing that I don't have to worry about her and that she's in a safe zone.

The fact that the handlers love my dog more than I do; the fact that they are always interested in finding the best fit for Murphy; the fact that I can board Murphy on site when work necessitates such a need, and the fact that Murphy can be groomed right on site. The alternative would be for Murphy to spend 12 hours each week day in a large crate with a radio playing.
Staff is friendly and helpful. My dog is so excited when we drive into the parking lot.
Was just telling my husband about dropping Wiliie off today..His little butt was doing the shimmy it was wiggling so much!
I watched when he was let into the room with his play group and greeted by his pals.. They did the doggy "high five" and his Day began!!
I was worried, initially, that he was so exhausted when we bring him home.. Now I understand..;)
Also..the snacks..I signed him up for the spagetti/meatball snack today.

I was bothered by being charged for servises I didn't receive 4 weeks in a row and not being notified I a 5 daycare sessions I already paid for that were "credits" to my account.
The employees!!!! They clearly care and bend over backwards. Annie, Erin, Robin and Sara and that's all the names on the tip of my tongue and so many more are amazing!!!!! The facilities are great also!
