I understand that I left my puppers with you over a long weekend but for a first time boarder, it was really hard not getting updates that she was ok (since there was no video during the day). I understand why, but it is the only reason for less than 10. Otherwise was really happy with your service.

Dogtopia has a wonderful caring staff! Dogs have playtime with lunch and nap time and wrap their day up with afternoon more playtime! Lots of fun snacks available for the pups like pupcicles and pup cups!

I moved Emery to Dogtopia so she could have more physical activity and maintain her "girlish" figure! She loves it and the staff are incredible. I love that they do pictures and art activities. Em gets excited as soon as I even mention going to "school". Thank you for taking care and loving my sweet girl.

Customer service can be improved in terms of welcoming guests. It’s a bit awkward when it’s so quiet and/or comes across as rude when we are not welcomed and/or look interested in having a conversation.

Dogtopia of Latham has excellent staff that takes great care of my dog during daycare. I also greatly appreciate the grooming services by Claudia, who is an exceptional groomer.

Impressed at how well they are with my anxiety-filled huskimo. Thankful for their existence.

I’ve been going to the North Austin Dogtopia for almost six years now. The personnel, even thru changes of staff have always been welcoming and warm with both myself and my pup. I cannot speak highly enough about them and their services.

The staff really take care of my doggy! They love her and make her feel loved.

The staff is super friendly very helpful. I knew my dog‘s name day one seems like everyone there cares. The facility has multiple rooms depending upon your dog size and temperament. I take the dogs outside and even have pool days which I know my dog loved highly recommend having your dog for a visit

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their App is easy to use when booking appointments. I like all the activities they offer and meal/ snack choices. My pup loves going to Doggy Daycare and it’s a wonderful option for me to have when I’m going to be gone all day or have work being done in my house. It’s a win win for both of us.

The staff is always very friendly and they make it so welcoming whenever I am there. The facility is clean and well maintained. I love the socialization I can get for my dog in a safe and controlled environment and it is clear the staff love animals.

It’s close to home and the staff is very friendly.

I like that there is somewhere to bring my dogs to play, but also have them boarded. It is nice that there is also grooming services here. They are always friendly and welcoming when I drop off the dogs and pick them up.

I really appreciate the webcam, so I can watch my dog and other dogs having the time of their lives!

I ask for my dog to be groomed on his last visit- brushed well bc he is a heavy shredder!
He was in the play room when we picked him up- he was still wet from his bath and was told it was bc he was sprayed with cologne. He smelled like wet dog! I had to blow dry him when I got home and use a deodorizer on him. He also acted as if he had gotten hurt. We couldn’t touch his back at all- he would fall to the floor and cry- he even barked and nipped at my granddaughter… he has never done anything like that.
I don’t know if it was from grooming or playroom.
I know things happen around other dogs while playing but concerned.
He’s gone twice for his month membership and I think we will skip the rest.

Very friendly greetings in the morning. My girl looks forward to attending. The new general manager is amazing, she's a perfect fit, plus an asset!

I found the staff to be welcoming and happy to see Kitsuneyoshi when we arrive and leave.
The staff recognizes us and we enjoy the care given during our stay.
