The staff is very friendly and kind 🌸
I feel that the staff could either introduce themselves or wear name tags to be identifiable. I only know the names of three staff members, which makes interactions weird. I would like to know to whom I am speaking.
Additionally, I have had two instances where my dog has come home with a wound that broke the skin and no one from staff mentioned it at pick up or was aware of it. I understand that these things happen in group care, but the fact that it's happened twice without staff noticing is troubling.

We like the convivence of your location, the temperament of your staff, and the amenities that you offer. Your Bethesda location is minutes from our apartment, so its super convenient. Your staff is always upbeat, friendly, and attentive to our dog. We love the pictures, special lunch days, and extra time offered.
I love the staff at Dogtopia of daybreak Utah!!!! They truly love my dogs and take such good care of them! They are the best and my dogs love them so much!!!! The way the staff gets to know each dog and adjusts their care specifically to each dogs needs is incredible!!!! My dogs have developed so much socially, and really learn so much in K9 Academy. Also my puppy graduated from puppy preschool and learned so much! Taking my dogs to Dogtopia of Daybreak has made our lives better!

The staff is friendly, professional, and well-trained. The facility is clean and inviting. Love the WebCam so I can see what my girl does while there. They are very accommodating with special requests, and they are flexible. Pricing is competitive, and the plan options fit my needs.

Everyone is so nice and my puppy is always so happy to go. We use it for daycare, spa and boarding. We originally started him because my husband got cancer and he was going to be doing radioactive treatment that would be at home so our puppy couldn’t be around him for 3 weeks. So when I would leave I would take him to daycare to play so it wouldnt be so hard on him. We have never taken our dogs to daycare or boarding but we and he loved it so much I kept my monthly membership for daycare and spa. It’s great he gets to go play and comes home nice and clean. Win-win

We love Dogtopia Redmond for the care they have been providing our dog for the last 6 years since he was a pup.
However, we do wish the Avalon building they are located in used maybe a different cleaning product on the interior hallway since it's a slip hazard for the dogs, especially in the rain

My dog loves going there, she is super excited whenever we pull in the driveway. I love the fun activities they have for the pups, arts and crafts, races, pictures. My Lucy is nice and tired when she gets home. Staff is lovely and they show much love to all the pups!

Allow 1/2 days where we can drop off and pick up at any times for like 6 hours charging for 1/2 day only.

My puppy was scratched in the face, at his meet & greet, no one noticed. I took him to vet, it was deep had to go on antibiotics. No one called to see how he was. Beyond disappointing!!

Jam loves her friends, both human and dog. Every morning when I ask if she wants to go to school she jumps around and gets really excited. I love that when I am at work or have long days she is busy, loved, and cared for by a crew that treats her like their own.
