What I really love about Dogtopia at Rock Hill is how caring and attentive the staff are. I feel completely at ease knowing my dog is safe, happy, and getting the attention he needs. He always comes happy and content from playing and socializing, and it’s clear he genuinely enjoys being there. The team makes it feel like a second home for him, which means a lot to me.

Everyone there loves my dog like she's their own. She's always excited when we arrive, which tells me she's happy there. Thank you all who care for her, even when boarding for a week or so.
Great care and attention to my two dogs
Dogtopia is an excellent place to board or daycare your dog. We joined in Arizona and I was delighted to find a Dogtopia in Melbourne/Viera Florida when we moved. It is clean, cool and my dog gets lots of exercise when he is there.
I have been a Dogtopia member since 2019 and suddenly I was unable to view the webcam on the app or my desktop. I found this out the day before leaving on a trip. The manager at Viera, Sage, tried to help me. She tried to resolve it and when unsuccessful, gave me her login/pw so I could view my dog on my trip, which I did. After returning, she referred me to the IT team and gave me their email. Jim M was prompt in responding and after several emails back and forth, finally solved the problem. Thank you to both Sage and Jim for great customer service!

It’s probably too late. We had a good run, but things changed.
When I got back from the last trip and my dig had a cut (no blood, but weeping fluid and mussed fur) on his head that no one proactively mentioned, that wasn’t great.
When I went back to pick up the remainder of his meds, which were not proactively returned to us, I asked about the cut, explaining that it’s important to me in his care to know if something happened in the crate or if he was egressed or was the aggressor.
Four separate staff members were out front when this happened and no one had any care. Useful questions, or solutions. Parker had been boarded three nights, and someone asked “was he just here for daycare?” Which felt lousy and possibly defensive.
I left saying that @thinga happen,” and “if you see anything on the video footage, please let me know.” That was four + days ago, and No one reached out to us.
No harm, no foul, but I can’t and won’t put my senior dog in this situation again.
Staff is outstanding, friendly, courteous, flexible, and just a joy to deal with. I am horrible with names, but I think Lisa and Katie are who I see most of the time.
I am extremely appreciative of the early drop off at 6 AM which allows me to get to work on time

Wonderful staff
Max and I had our meet and greet this week. I was very impressed with everyone welcoming Max. Seeing on camera how he was introduced to the other dogs gave me the reassurance that he will be in good hands.
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They seem to really like my little Lucy and happily greet her when I drop her off. I know she is safe and well taken care of.

The location is convient for me but more important, my dog is always excited when he knows where he is going. If the old saying is true, "a tired husky is a happy husky" then he is one happy boy when he comes home.
The staff is frendly know him by name amd look out for him. The webcams are an added bonus.
