dogs are happy and well watched.
The clarification on pricing and how pricing as well as the meet & greet works. There was a bit of confusion about how much we were supposed to pay and that was frustrating to us. We did get some sort of compensation for it however.
The flexibility it offers us. The staff. Our dog is beaming with happiness after her time here and that's the most important to us.
The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure my dog, Rizzo, is happy and well-cared for. She knows them all and gets very excited when she sees them. Rizzo has had baths and been boarded there. I know when I leave she is having the best time!

I am happy that they had a place to stay, but concerned about their allergies when they come back home , on Friday (August 01, 2025) we sent our puppies for one night boarding and when they came home both my puppies eyes were red and watery , again when we dropped them for 4 nights boarding from 08/09/2025 to 08/12/2025 same but this time it was more eyes were red and watery, both puppies had coughing and gagging constant, I had to take Leo to the Vet because he was the one affected more .

Everyone who works there is super friendly and Leo comes home pooped (tired) so I know he's had a great day.
Everytime I bring my dog for daycare, I request that he plays with the bigger dogs, but he keeps getting placed in the pen with the small dogs. Its getting to be quite frustrating.
THEY DO NOT TAKE DOGS OUTSIDE! THEY HAVE THEM LOCKED INSIDE THE ENTIRE TIME! THEY JUST HAVE THAT OUTSIDE AREA FOR DECOR! They complain because its “easier” cleanup inside but they need to put actual grass then and not turf! YOU’RE LITERALLY PAYING FOR YOUR DOG TO ENJOY ALL AMENITIES BUT NOOOO. THEY WILL NOT FEED NOR PROVIDE WATER TO YOUR DOGS IF THEY ARE THERE THE ENTIRE DAY, not even if you verbally or written provide them with instructions. The new staff there is horrible! They hate dogs and will abuse your dogs!
I love the warm reception my dog receives each morning. He is greeted by name and with enthusiasm, which makes him happy and me relieved that he will be in good hands. Also, when I pick him up, I’m given the names of any “friends” he played with.
My dogs love going, the dogs seem to be closely monitored when with you. Staff are friendly and helpful. The areas appear to be very clean
I like EVERYTHING about this place! All of the staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. I love the cleanliness and the great organization of the business. I chose to take my dog to this place over any other place. My dog deserves the BEST!

We haven't been there long. Everyone is friendly and the facility is clean. I went to a day care in the city with my other dog, It was cheaper, but this is the county! Do you have an outdoor spot for the dogs in nice weather, though? Thanks
I like the fact that you are located 5 minutes away, someone is with the dogs at all times and the webcams. The staff is friendly.

Dogtopia Clarksville is thee best! My puppers run inside to greet the staff and be greeted. Fozzie enjoys daycare, boarding and spa services and highly recommends all three. Fozzie has been using Dogtopia's services for about a year now and loves it! He recently got a mohawk hair cut and has been getting so many compliments!!
Someone recommended Dogtopia to me (Fozzie's Mom) and I'm so glad they did! They're the best, paws down!
