Always happy to see my dog and care for him. Attentive to detail and communicative.
I was very concerned about my pup, as another dog (Pug) continued to bother him, try to hump him. After my pup was placed in the crate, the pug would not get away from the crate. It continued throughout the time he was there.
And several other dogs continued with this behavior with other dogs.
I don't know if and when I will bring him back.
The staff was excellent, very kind and courteous.

I think I was waiting in the lobby for quite a bit before anyone ca,e to get my dog. It was probably at least 5 minutes could have been 10.
The staff is very gentle with the dogs. They take the time to answer any questions a person might.have.

1. I'd like more leeway in terms of when I can drop off my dog. I realize most of your clients are probably working so before 9:31 works for them as a retired person I'd like the availability of a later drop-off.
2. Not enough room. I don't see anyplace in your facility big enough for dogs to run. Maybe you could add extra charge field trips.
3. Add two buttons to your app. An "I'm running late" button and a "I'm on my way to pick up my dog" button. That way folks wouldn't have to fumble with finding the phone number or texting.
Gordon is sick ever since we brought him home (vomiting and diarrhea). He must have got a bug from another dog.

I wanted to confirm that my dog was getting a bath (the works with nail trim, teeth brushed, & ear wash). My appointment request went unapproved online. I texted & called but no one answered. Not only did I want to confirm the service but also THE TIME as I wanted to make sure time I needed to pick up as I work a full time job. I finally just showed up in between work calls. My dog was bathed but nails weren’t trimmed. I have no idea if the rest of “the works” I paid for were done.
