Everything! They really take such good care of our pets and have fun with them I feel confident leaving my dog with them I totally trust everyone there
Our dog received a paw injury while there. She snagged her paw in the kennel. Those things happen but we weren’t notified until we picked her up. She did end up going to the vet the next day and is now on antibiotics and pain meds. I just wish I was notified the moment it happened. We would have come home early and then taken her to the vet the same day.
The way you care of Mulan. At the beginning she did not like to enter to Dogtopia, right now she enjoy the time.
My two dogs were scheduled for all day daycare with pickup at 7pm. I checked the webcam several times starting in the early afternoon and they were not in the playroom. They were scheduled to have a bath, but it was done at nap time (12-2) and then they were left in a cage in the “spa room” until pickup time. They didn’t have their nails cut, yet one of my dogs has a cut and bleeding back paw (not even near the nail). When I picked them up, they were both wet. How were they still wet from a bath that occurred 6 hours prior to pickup?
The front desk person was absolutely useless and dismissive. She gave my dogs back and didn’t charge us. I had to wait while she got two other dogs before I could remind her that I didn’t pay.
I did call the next day to speak with the manager and he offered a free day of play and a bath. When I declined, he did offer me a refund. I have not yet received it, but it does take a few days to process.
Friendly staff, and the dogs just love going there and they hate to leave. Thanks Dogtopia.

The staff is amazing, they have worked with me on some late days and last minute drop off. Everyone is great from spa treatments to my dog loves Everyone there.

My dog loves going
My dog was attacked and bitten by another dog. Dogtopia was negligent in allowing a dog into the daycare that they knew was reactive and aggressive to other dogs. My dog had to be taken to the vet for the wound to be cleaned and closed with staples.
Everyone is so knowledgeable and caring of the dogs. My little guy loves going there and is always so happy when he comes home.
Go above and beyond! So kind and make sure my dogs taken care of!
He has been well taken care of every time. Our dog is a senior, barely can hear and is blind 70%. Still I feel he is doing fine being there so we happy and grateful
Ive been using DT Temecula for my dogs for over 5 years now and it has been such a relief to be able to drop them off for Daycare or boarding and know that they are getting the royal treatment that they deserve (especially Kimo- he is basically human).
My dog has come back from boarding with eye infections. That plus what it already costs to board her makes this a option I’ve used only in emergencies.

It seems that your specials could benefit from more promotion, as currently, it relies heavily on word of mouth from customers. Additionally, there might be opportunities to encourage referrals by offering incentives for customers who bring their friends or appreciation for current customers. Lastly, the pricing could be made clearer and more transparent to enhance customer understanding and trust.
I really like Dogtopia. My for was happy 😊 when we dropped her and she was happy when we brought her home. We’ll definitely be using them again. They’re a wonderful home away from for my dog. We were very pleased with their service.

Jackson has only been there twice for half day, but so far your service has been good and the young ladies are always very cheerful at drop off and pick up.

This place is Pawsome!!! The staff is so attentive and caring. Wonderful, clean atmosphere, I highly recommend checking it out for your pup.
Dogtopia has always welcomed our dogs warmly and we’ve never encountered any problems in the past.
One area for improvement could be communication—especially during staff transitions. I was disappointed when Sarah and Melissa were no longer at Dogtopia as I had grown to appreciate both, particularly Sarah, and would have appreciated being notified about their departures via email in advance.

If I could give a 100 on this review I would !!! I can’t say enough about Dogtopia Pewaukee ! The whole staff are the best ! They are attentive, caring, friendly, positive, creative and I could go on and on ! Mia loves going to daycare and I love the peace of mind knowing she is being taking care of and loved on like she is at home !
My dog is always excited to go and happy when I pick him up. It is wonderful to have some place to take him where he can play and get socialized
