A Home Away from Home for Lily 🐾

I've been bringing my sweet girl Lily to Dogtopis for over three years now, and I truly can't say enough good things about this place. The staff go above and beyond in every way, they don’t just care for the dogs, they love them. You can feel it the moment you walk through the door.

Lily absolutely adores her time there, and knowing she's in such good hands gives me complete peace of mind. Whether it's playtime, cuddles, or just hanging out with her furry friends, she’s always treated like royalty. They genuinely spoil every pup that comes through, and it shows.

The facility is spotless and well-maintained, and the team is nothing short of amazing. Plus, the ability to check in on the cameras is such a thoughtful touch—it’s great to see Lily having fun throughout the day.

The last two tmes that I lefet food for Matilda during daycare, it was not given to her. One time when I came to pick her up I saw it on the table and another time it was given to me when I picked her up. WHY?

The staff is the lost important aspect of dog daycare and the staff at Dogtopia of West Albuquerque is fantastic!!! Each person is caring and friendly. My pup loves them all.

We love Dogtopia Frisco at Preston because the staff treats our dogs and us like family!! I never worry when they are there and always receive sweet picture updates to see how much fun they’re having. I always feel confident they can handle whatever need arises and am grateful for the peace of mind!

Our pups were a bit "spooked" on pick up, but probably because they are not used to being dropped off. I'm not sure if they were crated (they are not crate dogs). The staff were super nice. Sadly, the facility has a strong dog smell, and that came home with our pups. We needed to hose them down immediately.

The employees are great with the dogs. You know they are doling a great job when you dog runs to see them!!

They always greet you with a smile and interact with you and answer questions!!!!! We love taking our dog there. We never have to worry when we leave Luke!!
