Very clean and well managed facility. Very well organized. services and onboarding was made simple and clear and the staff was very supportive in helping to get my vaccine info from the vet in short notice. Willow my dog was happy to return when I brought her back to stay for a couple nights after the test stay.
Outdoor areas for the dogs to play and use the bathroom would be great!
Our dog was with another Dogtopia for over 2 years with zero incidents. On her first overnight stay with this location, she was attacked by another dog and sustained 4 puncture wounds. I received a call from the location on Saturday evening and I was asked to come pick her up and take her to the vet. They were not willing to take her. I was out of town, so a friend had to pick her up Saturday evening and take her to the vet ER. At my former Dogtopia, I was told an employee would take my dog to the ER if it was a true emergency and time was of the essence.
I’ve asked for an explanation of what happened and have not received a response from management.
Took time to acclimate my dog. Responses to my questions were very timely as well.
Maddie loves going to see all her friends on Wednesdays.

My dog is always eager to go in and gets excited in the car he knows where we are headed. The price as well is not to much where we cannot pay. They always clean the dogs as they are picked up and we kive the care they give our dogs. The webcams are awesome as well.
The Orland Park Dogtopia is very clean, accommodating and customer service is A+ to the puppies and the parents. They have a great system when checking in or out with your pup. Everyone there is super friendly, and my Oliver loves to play with his fur friends from the moment he arrives right up till when he goes home.

The staff is supper friendly and seems to really care about my dog.
The people working there are very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. They are very courteous and wonderful and welcoming. My puppies LOVE going there.
The scheduling process is very easy and convenient. I can make arrangements frequently as my schedule changes.
I am always confident that my puppies will enjoy being there, safely and happily. They are able to socialize with other dogs while being supervised.
I really appreciate all they do.

My two dogs have endless energy, and are constantly looking for things to do. They love Dogtopia and when I say the name, they run to the car. It's nice to know they are somewhere safe and fun during the day. When they get home they are exhausted!
Both of my dogs cannot wait to get through the front door of Dogtopia to play! The staff is amazing! They truly care about my pups while they are away from me, and I know if any issues came up they would let me know. It is so reassuring to have a place where I can know my dogs will be well cared for while I'm away!

Better than any other daycare we've been to. My doggo looks forward to it and would go every day if we let him.
How they treat Teddy! Most know his behavior! What he likes and don’t. Who he cares to be around and who he’s not comfortable with!!
I wish they would open earlier on Saturdays for drop offs! :)
Lucas is very excited to go to Dogtopia every time he goes. He never wants to leave when it’s time for pick up. We love him coming here because he always seems happy.

Great staff, they are friendly and always greet Ellie Mae with excitement. Fun and enriching environment for my high energy pup.
I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years total , sadly my angel unexpectedly passed away due to a history of seizures.. after a bit of time we opted to get another pup and the team continues to impress me! When you walk in they not only know your pups name but yours as well ! I will continue to bring my pup there 5 days a week as I know he’s in the best hands ever! Thank you Dogtopia!!

Ease of dropping off and picking up Monty. He loves all the staff which makes me feel comfortable that he is being taken care of. The staff is friendly and prompt.

I feel like over the past year things have gotten stressed at Dogtopia. There have been large turnovers in staff and people feel more frustrated. They work hard and care a lot and I just wonder if they could be supported more. I'm not concerned for the welfare of my dog but just feel like morale and happiness has declined a lot since I started coming.
