The facility is immaculate. The caretakers are so nice.
The dogtopia team in Dublin is wonderful. They give Milo so much love and understand him like he’s one of their own. He loves going weekly.

My dog does love it there and we love bringing him there. They always treat him well and he is always excited when we pull up. The only issue we have is that our dog always smells like pee badly when he gets in the car. Just wish they had a courtesy cleaning afterwards because if we don’t bathe him right away it gets all in his bedding and carpet. Other than that, we love Dogtopia.

Pleasant, caring employees are there to care for our pup. We never hesitate to leave him there, because we've witnessed the care with which they handle the dogs. We're also impressed by the creativity exhibited in activities and treats to entertain the dogs. Our Karma had a birthday party recently, and the artwork and execution of the event were outstanding.
We're also very fortunate to live just seven or eight blocks away, and the convenience of this care is another plus for us. We had not seriously considered getting a dog for many years, but once we realized we had your facility at our disposal, it made the decision easy. After 22 years of marriage we took the plunge, and we've had Karma for a year now. Your staff treats him like family, with sincere affection and care.

We’ve been bringing Lola to Dogtopia for several months now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they provide. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about dogs. I know Lola comes home happy tired and well socialized. The facility is clean and I love the fact we can check in on camera. I highly recommend to any pet parent looking for a safe, fun and loving environment for their dog!

The staff at Dogtopia of the Shire provides the safest and happiest place for my dog! It has been consistently the same great experience since she started going 18 months ago.

The staff is great and my pups come home exhausted.
With that said - I signed up for the app when I first went in to talk to the staff. I can't log in online or on the app. I still don't have access to my account or the video cameras. There was a ticket put in for the tech team multiple times by the staff but I have heard nothing and still can't log in.
In the interim, I've reserved a boarding stay and have had my pups in twice - but still cannot access the cameras. I offered to create a different account with a different email but was told I should hear from the IT people in a day or two. Nope! Still waiting.

Dogtopia canine coaches are amazing. We bring Ginger in for daycare, boarding and spa services. Would recommend them to anyone.
