The staff is very friendly and attentive! Ryder loves coming to Dogtopia!
Been bringing Gracie to Dogtopia for a couple years. She loves Doggie Daycare! I feel confident leaving her there as the staff and facility are top notch.

I am super appreciative of the team and their understanding of my anxious dog. He can get a little bit nervous around bigger dogs and they are super understanding and accommodating to that. I also appreciate that they check in with me pretty regularly, especially if they have any concerns.

Communication- Someone, somehow should be available to answer the telephone. The customer is calling for a reason. Requests for a return phone left on the recorder are left unheeded. Again, the customer is reaching out for a reason. Change the recording so that the customer knows right away that it’s a recording. Disheartening to think that a person is answering your call only to realize that that is not the case.

Quinn ,Abigail, everyone at this Dogtopia is truly a dog loving person. This group of people are living and caring. They love my dog like they love their own.
When my other dog died they took special steps to comfort Tucker. They gave me extra mementos for Tucker. When I had eye surgery, they helped me to the car with my stuff. Truly.. incredible people, service and care for my dog, and for me.

The staff knows each individual dog, what their personalities are and what each dog needs to make daycare the best experience possible . They are warm and welcoming . Dogtopia is special because every inch of the building, all the materials used, is designed for the comfort of dogs. Including the ouchless door, if a tail accidentally gets in the way of the door closing, It won't hurt them . My dogs would love to live there if I let them .
Everything! It’s a place where my dog is safe and has lots and lots of fun. It gives me freedom to be a responsible dog owner. I can travel, work and be away from home worry free.

Coco loves going to Dogtopia. The employees love Coco too! They take very good care of him and the facilities are very clean. It’s fun to watch the dogs on the webcam that is available for the parents of the dogs. Coco meets new friends everyday.

The staff at Dogtopia shows care for your dog as soon as you step in. When I went to go drop off my dog for daycare/ boarding for the first time, I’m not sure who was more nervous, my dog or me lol, but when I left, I knew she would be ok. And she did great! Its awesome that you have access to the webcams and are able to see what your pup is up to. I was very happy with the care my dog received her first day there. I will be coming back for future visits!
My girls love it here and have been attending for years! I only wish I could see them more featured the instagram photos :(
